Comfortable condo close to mountain biking, swimming pools, national parks

Amazing stay. Beautiful clean apartment with a breathtaking view of the city. Loved the amenities (pool, playgrounds, exercise rooms), and the home was immaculate. Fully equiped kitchen, wonderfully comfortable beds, and just like being home.

Clean, spacious and well-stocked, the condo had everything to make our stay in St. George simply fantastic. The space was warm and inviting. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of bath towels, pool towels, pillows and blankets. The decoration and furniture were well thought out (with nice touches like the luggage racks for suitcases). The large kitchen was well supplied with cooking supplies and condiments. Three large couches with throw blankets and no one wanted to leave! The views on the deck were stunning and we found ourselves out there watching the sunrise, sunset and everything in between. We loved visiting “The Hub” and playing pickleball. So many amenities, I can’t list them all. Lesli and Arthur’s instructions on how to work everything were clear easy to follow. The condo is located in a quiet part of town, easy to get around, markets, shops restaurants all 5 minutes or less away. We hope to come stay again.

When we got to the rental and walked in, it was clean and look just like the pictures of course, we had some problems with the water we were still able to use the restroom. We just use bottled water to brush our teeth to wash our hands and anything else. luckily there was the clubhouse that we were able to use the showers for a couple of days. As soon as I let Leslie know, she sent a plumber out to check it out and to address the issue, she was very accommodating. And we made the best of our day by the third day. The water was just about back to normal and we were able to shower at the rental. It’s in a great neighborhood. Leslie made things right with us at the end and I would definitely stay there again. The host were very nice people..

I enjoyed my stay here. The kitchen was well appointed with everything I needed. I only have 1 warning to future visitors. The WiFi is not conducive with streaming, zoom calls or even FB. I ended up using my phone’s hotspot when necessary. So, if you are looking to work remotely while staying here, you might have an issue. Other than that, I loved the property. The view was spectacular and went on for days. And although some of the pool chairs were in need of repair, the multiple pools were fun to use. Definitely a fun place for a family group.

The condo was great. Only problem was with the tv but otherwise it was very nice. Having an elevator really helped as we are all in our 70’s.

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything was clean and the owners were very communicative and supportive with any questions we had.

Had a rough check in but Host was amazing and corrected the error as quickly as she could! Grateful for host going extra mile. She’s the best of the best! Clean unit! Well stocked! Ideal location! We look forward to our next of many more stays as a family tradition

Our family of 4 had a fantastic stay! Loved the garage to store our fleet of bikes. The condo was comfortable and the view of the deck was delightful!

Wonderful stay. Well equipped. Very clean and updated. Really enjoyed the bikes. We have stayed at Las Palmas before but my wife preferred the layout of the unit. Great people to work with. No complaints at all.

We had a wonderful stay and especially enjoyed the space for everyone to sit in the living room, and the outdoor space on the balcony to enjoy the beautiful view. Everything was clean and clearly explained.

This is one of the best condos we’ve stayed at in the area. We typically come to the area a 2-3 times a year. If you have kiddos the amenities are top tier. The condo was very well stocked, clean, and spacious. It was very last minute and a holiday weekend but no hiccups at all. We will definitely book with them again!

Beds were comfortable, house was nice. Pools were nice.

This condo really met our needs. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio eating and playing cards and looking out at the mountains. This had everything we could possibly need for cooking family dinners and more. They have extra blankets, towels, spices, cooking supplies and more. Fun family atmosphere with lots of activities. We liked playing pickle ball & swimming. Our boys liked working out at the gym & trying the ninja course located right by the facility.

My family and I stayed in this great little…condo? Town house? Whatever it is. :) everything was clean and well organized. Good location, close to all the St. George things. We loved it, thanks!

Property was clean and host gave us all the information for our stay in a timely manner before arrival, including contact info in case. The location views were beautiful off the deck area. Had what we needed for our stay. We would stay again!
