Super cute condo overlooking the marina. Enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony and unwinding in the evening on the balcony, too. So peaceful and relaxing. The condo had all the modern conveniences. 5 out of 5 stars!

Absolutely amazing :) This was our second year staying here, and it’s wonderful. It’s right on the bay, so you get the best sunsets. Easy walking to restaurants etc and (of course) the beach. Nancy is an excellent host and very communicative. Highly recommend!

The condo is located in South Dewey away from the crowded and festive downtown area. Great little bay beach right next door behind the Hyatt Place and Lighthouse restaurant. The ocean beach is across coastal highway at the far end of Collins. We had terrible weather but caught a few bright spots during our stay so no complaints. The condo is nice and spacious with plenty of room for two people. After spending more time than expected inside due to weather, we think the unit could use a little TLC and updating. Nancy is super nice and easy to work with. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Was the perfect getaway! Location was nice, could easily walk to the beach. Restaurants are within walking distance. Balcony overlooking the water and marina was wonderful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The photos honestly don’t really even show how great this place is! We loved this little condo, the balcony was so cute for watching sunsets. The parking was smooth and perfect. Nancy was incredibly accommodating and we really appreciated her as a host. Absolutely would recommend and hope to stay here again!!

The property was very clean! The veiws of the bay were excellent. Kitchen was well stocked. Short walk to the ocean beach. Short walk to restaurants.

Went for a short recharge getaway in early April. Although the weather was dreary, we enjoyed the calm water view and quiet. Just what we needed to relax.

As a nurse who had several rough shifts I last minute (less than 24 hours before check in) booked for a Friday-Sunday stay and Nancy was on top of everything. She was so accommodating despite the last minute reservation. The location was perfect, her communication was timely, and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

Went to a wedding in Dewey Beach and stayed the weekend. Very nice property very nice location.

The location of this rental unit was perfect. You can walk to everything, and we did! I recommend going to the state park. It is only a five minute drive. They have restrooms, refreshments and the beaches aren’t as crowded as the beach at the end of the road. The sunsets were beautiful from the balcony. I feel this unit is the perfect size for two people.

We enjoyed our stay in Dewey. The condo is in a great quiet location with a nice view of the bay, but also an easy walk to all restaurants and the beach. Clean and comfortable.

We stayed at Nancy's property over Memorial Weekend. The place was absolutely lovely! Had everything we needed for a no fuss mini-vacation. Loved sitting on the deck in the morning and evenings looking out over the Bay. The condo is far enough away from the main road, yet close enough to the beach and restaurants. Nancy was extremely quick to reply to any questions we had. This is a top notch rental and would definitely rent again!
