Excellent property with everything you can have at the beach!

My family and I loved our stay here. The condo was much more spacious than I was expecting and had everything that we needed- including a pack and play and high chair for my 8 month old. The location is wonderful. We enjoyed the short walks to the beach and nearby restaurants and especially the coffee/cocktail beachside cafe which is practically right outside the door! The owners were very responsive as well, which we appreciated. Would absolutely stay here again.

The property was clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. A few things could possibly use updating. However, overall, it was an excellent choice for our trip. Beach access was across the street but very close. Only wish the steps down to the beach were accessible for those with mobility problems. My 80-year-old mother had a hard time climbing up and down the steps to get down to the beach.

The condo was accurately described and fit our needs perfectly. We could not have asked for a better time. The host was prompt with great communication throughout.

Everything was excellent start to finish! The beach is accessible easily across the road as described! Owners checked in on us daily to make sure everything was as good and we didn’t need anything. 10/10 recommendation!

It was the perfect size for our family of six to enjoy some time on the beach. The condo was clean and quiet.

While we are not upset, we feel that the photos on the VRBO site were misleading, giving us an impression that there might be a view of the water. Rather, we had a view of the parking lot. The bedroom furnishings were very nice. However, the living/dining room area were dated, with the large sofa cushions were in poor repair. Regardless, our stay was most pleasant. Thank you!

I can only say good things about our stay! The owners were always easy to communicate with, they provided everything you need (that you don't even think about when packing), and the location is within walking distance to the beach.

Everything was perfect from start to end - from the communication with the host to the pristine condo. All around a great location, great stay, would stay there again! Highly recommend.

The condo was very clean. The kitchen was stocked with spices and other cooking ingredients. All the pots and pans and dishes that we needed. I would definitely stay there again!

Our family of 5 stayed here for five days. The short walk to the beach was so convenient and having the pool was perfect for days we couldn't get in the ocean. We loved the quiet building and neighborhood vs staying at a large crowded hotel/resort. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay.

We really enjoyed our weekend getaway to Jane and Deb’s condo. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, fully stocked, and conveniently located across the street from the beach and near attractions, restaurants, etc. Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish, with excellent information provided along the way. We had a good time because we always make the best of our trips. The condo itself was nice and clean. Disappointed in the long track to the beach that was suppose to be 20 steps. Disappointed in the 20 foot by 20 foot area we were only allowed on the beach in. Disappointed we encountered a Sea Hag who was very hateful telling ppl who got close to her beach cones to move away. She even yelled at a kid who accidently kicked his ball on her side of the cones. Disappointed that we had to pay to do laundry in a floor shared laundry room. Disappointed we did not have a keurig that was suppose to be there and rather than the host Bringing us one she wanted us to go buy one she would reimburse us...that's not a good host in our opinion. The Beach access was the worst because In order to get a good ocean view and water access we had to get there by 8 am before others set up big canopy's that obscured everyone's view. The walk over there down 3 flights of steps and back was ruff on replaced knees and hips carrying chairs, small coolers and beach bags for the day when listing boasts literally 20 steps from ocean/beach.

We loved our stay. My husband, myself and 2 adult children had plenty of space. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. Check in and commication with the owners went without a hitch. The best part was proximity to the beach. It was about a 90 second walk to the beautiful, private beach with white sand and the gorgeous emerald water of the Gulf. The beach is very clean and family friendly. It's a great spot to decompress. We will definitely be back!!
