This thoughtfully updated condo offers not only a contemporary relaxed vibe, but also an undeniably great location at Camp Warnecke Estates which sits across the street from Schlitterbahn on the Comal River. Spend the day at the waterpark or take a leisurely float down the Comal which conveniently starts and ends a short walk from your doorstep due to the river wrapping around the complex. Complete your evening by taking advantage of a community grill or walk to one of the nearby restaurants!

There are a total of 5 beds across this 2/2 condo. The master has a king bed, the second room has a queen and two twin beds and the living room has a pull out queen.

You will have full access to both bedrooms, both bathrooms and all common areas inside the condo. Additionally, there is private river access, a pool and a hot tub.

This is a VERY popular area, especially during the summer time. Parking is limited to two vehicles at the condo complex. Two parking passes will be provided and must be hung from your vehicle`s rear view mirror at all times throughout your stay. If you need additional parking, the closest street parking available is off of Comal Ave which is just across the bridge.

Again, due to popularity, wristbands will be provided which will need to be worn by guests around the complex to take advantage of all external amenities such as the pool, hot tub, grills and private river access. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The number of registered guests will also be the number of wristbands you will find waiting for you upon arrival.
Be courteous, this is a very popular condo complex and you are likely to encounter a number of other people trying to have a good time just like you. :)

    This condo was very welcoming from the moment we walked in. Everything we needed was provided. It's one of the closest condos to the pool/hot tub. We enjoyed coffee on the patio and all the neighbors were very friendly. Items were provided that aren't always thought of including: plenty of coffee pods and creamer, pool towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash in each shower, and an ash tray outside for the smokers. The lights, fans and shades are high tech but very easy to work! The location is PRIME if you are looking to visit Gruene and downtown NB. All in all, we had a great stay and highly recommend this place!

    The condo was perfect for our 1 week vacation over the New Year. The college kids loved the coffee station and hot tub. Our host was very attentive. It was nice to return to a quiet spot after a busy day of adventures. any app doesnt allow me to see what i type.

    This condo is beautiful! Clean, well decorated, and stocked with all the kitchen ware and basic spices you might need. The host is responsive and easy to work with. Will stay here again!

    This is a great condo and wonderful property community to stay in for a couple or family! This location has great access to the Comal River. This condo has covered parking and it’s very nice inside.

    This house was so cute and trendy and Andrew was an amazing host and communicated very well with us. The house is very spacious and has tons of room for everyone and the location was amazing right near the river.
