Colorful Beachfront Condo w/ Resort Amenities

It would have been nice to not have to make our own beds and find towels. A little confusing. Also the balcony floor was coming up and lots of water damage.

Let’s start with the cleanliness or lack there of. Why have a cleaning fee when 1. You have to make the bed yourself 2. The floor is so dirty that after walking around the condo for a couple of hours our feet were black 3. The tub was so dirty I wouldn’t even bathe my kids in it. Also, the balcony concrete was “peeling” and was gross. The pool had tiles that had fallen off into the pool. Was disappointed in the condo, the resort has potential but needs some TLC.

First, the complex that this condo is in is fabulous. From the beach access, the pools, the playground, to the coffee/ice cream shop, it’s great. However, the condo itself really needs some love. I think only one of the towel rods in both bathrooms was properly secured to the wall and actually usable. The kitchen was SERIOUSLY lacking in equipment. Not even a usable oven mitt or pot larger than a small sauce pan. The dishes (spatulas, cups, bowls) were not properly clean when we arrived so I had to run a load of dishes before we could use anything. Then there’s the fact that they give you clean sheets to put on the beds but the shams and blankets are already on the bed? Do those not get washed ever? Be prepared to wash those as well before you get in bed. They also give you almost no supplies for you stay. 1 roll of paper towels, toilet paper, and two trash bags? For 6 people for 4 days? I would stay at The Regis again anytime. But not at this condo.

The freezer leaked into the refrigerator and into the meat and vegetable drawers. There was a puddle of water in the dryer, not sure if it had leaked from upstairs. The sheets were wrapped for us to make our own beds, but unsure if the quilts and pillow shams had been washed between renters. The bathtub had a constant drip, the towel rack came off the wall when grabbing my bath towel and the bathroom rugs appeared dirty.An email was sent to the contact person, so hopefully these things are addressed.The pool and beach were nice and clean.

Great place to stay. Plenty of amenities.

Overall we enjoyed our stay! We would definitely consider coming back! We were granted the early check in as requested and were emailed back very promptly!

The Topsail beach community is very welcoming and chill. The condominium is well equipped with tiki style bar and music at the pool area along with plentiful seating. The beach is convenient Clean with millions of shells for collectors. Local restaurants and breweries were easy to get to and friendly. I would highly recommend this area for both families with young children and families with adult children.

Beautiful pool but too cold to use...the heated pool was only slightly better being completely shaded. Disappointed that the ramp to the beach was not available during our stay. No handicapped access to the beach & 2 handicapped guests unable to do the stairs...why is there only a ramp on one of the property's two beach entry points? Got 2 towels & no hand towels in 2 of the packages, no dishcloth no dish towel...be sure to pack your own.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo. Was comfortable and well appointed and the resort is nice. Excellent service from Cindy at check in and when we had questions. Highly recommend!

The condo was nice and clean upon arrival. The kitchen was adequately stocked for what we needed. The unit came with enough supplies to get us through our vacation. St Regis is a nice resort with some great amenities, especially for children. We enjoyed our stay at Topsail Island! It was an extremely easy and hassle-free trip.

Perfect quick family getaway, well stocked with basic essentials! Good view, short walk over the dunes to the beach. Just what we needed!

We loved it. Would have loved to have the indoor pool available. Close to the beach !

The unit was just as described. Great location, well stocked kitchen, plenty of dishware, glasses, mugs etc. Would suggest a lighter as we bought citronella candles for our time on the balcony, but didn’t have lighter. Did find a few matches. Would def consider staying again. Will be more enticing to hang by the pool once the bar reopens?

Great for beach access. A few issues with the condo. Overall st Regis resort is great for family.

Decent condo, good location overlooking the pool.. This unit needs new furniture and bathrooms remodeled... kitchen was well stocked... the linen service used didnt give us enough towels for 4 adults and a child. Check in was easy.

Location was phenomenal. Only one roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms when we got there. Mgmt responded pretty quickly to replace. Place was decent, needs some updates. Toilets flushed slow, had maintenance come out but no real change.

This is our second year at the resort. Great place! We do like building 2 best and its such a beautiful beach! So worth visiting again and again.
