Unwind in the luxurious King Bed, catch your favorite shows on the impressive 77 Samsung OLED TV, and enjoy the CO mountain air with a short walk 1 mile walk to Old Town, or relax on the 3rd floor deck complete w/ a cozy fireplace. We've eliminated all cleaning chores so you can enjoy a trulystress-free stay!



The Space:

We hope you love this space as much as we enjoyed designing it! Step inside from the crisp Colorado air but still enjoy the outdoor feel complete with Aspen trees and Rocky Mountain design! The living area is a great place to relax after a day of exploring Fort Collins and sit down in front of the 65 Samsung QLED TV on the main floor. The third floor deck is complete with great views, great furniture for large groups and an outdoor fireplace!



The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a gourmet meal, including modern appliances and all the cookware and utensils you’ll need. Enjoy your meals in the adjacent dining area or head outside to the private patio.

• Fully loaded kitchen with all the cooking utensils you'll need and an island

Location: This home is in Old Town North and is a perfect location to get around in Fort Collins. You’re less than a mile from old town and our local famous breweries! A short 2 mile drive to CSU campus.
