Stayed Apr 16, 2026This is a fabulous place for a single or a couple maybe a couple with a small child. Terrific location and view. It is clean and neat and the communication with the owner and rental team was great. If you are looking for a fancy place look elsewhere--if you want a clean place without all the frills as a home base where you pretty much will sleep there and be out during the day that is clean and you can walk to the Salty Dog, have easy access to the beach and the Sea Pines trails and trolley system. You could cook in the kitchen but it is not very big. There is an apartment sized laundry center in house as well. Think a 3 star hotel large suite with a comfy king bed and a great view and patio and QUIET. Plus some beach chairs and an umbrella available. Priced right.

Stayed Jul 31, 2025Great location with an easy walk to the beach, bike rentals, and Salty Dog! We loved the view off the patio and regularly saw deer grazing in the evenings. Condo was clean and comfortable with a kitchen well equipped for cooking breakfast and plenty of towels in the bathroom! We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Mar 30, 2025First time staying in South Beach section of Sea Pines- and we will never stay anywhere else! Location of condo overlooking a waterway… and a simple walk across the street to the sound was PERFECT. And the dolphin display at sunset each night was beyond description. We spent every evening at sunset watching multiple dolphins hunt and play- it was spectacular.. The biking options are amazing- as are pickleball and tennis- all are walking distance. Condo was a great home for a few days! Thank you so much!

Stayed Jan 24, 2025We would recommend Gene's place for a winter escape. We enjoyed the proximity to the Hilton Head south beach and the incredible trails and of course, the Salty Dog Cafe. While the suite could use some updating, it is very comfortable as is with all the amenities needed for a short or lengthy stay.
