Coastal Inspired Oceanfront Condo in Ocean Pointe

We have stayed Ocean Point 5 different times, we keep coming back because of the value. We have rented 10 different units they are all basically the same. The exterior of the buildings and the grounds are always in great shape. The pool, hot tub, beach and marina, always in top notch shape. This unit like the others was clean and functioned as it should. We would absolutely rent it again.

Four (adults) stayed at this property for 5 days. The condo was clean and spacious enough. Location to things we wanted to do was also good. The amenities on the property were also very nice. Beautiful pool area, decent beach access and a pier. There was only one bedroom with a TV, and one in the main living room area. Only one bedroom had night stands, the other had none. There were only one bath towel per person and one wash cloth literally in the entire condo. We had to purchase our own wash cloths and a spatula for the kitchen which was needed for cooking. The keurig machine was leaking water all over the place so we discovered the water well was completely cracked. The washer and dryer were clearly outdated and not working properly. The washer left things soaked and the dryer took several rounds to dry three towels. The lint catcher had a large hole in it which was concerning due to the fire danger this presents. It was nearly impossible for us to do a proper laundry. We picked a condo situation with amenities so we would be able to enjoy some comforts. Just doing a simple laundry was impossible and left us having to wear our clothing more than we wanted. The beds were very uncomfortable, not sturdy and definitely bouncy. Pillows were plastic style which were very noisy and the combination of these things made for a terrible sleep for the entire week. The two balconies were extremely tiny leaving little room for even a thought. We did reach out to the owners and made them aware of issues. I must say their communication was excellent and timely, however nothing was corrected or compensated during or after our our stay.

The condo was clean and we loved the amenities on the property. We felt our condo could have been stocked a little better (it was hard to cook without a spatula, limited toilet paper, no salt & pepper - little things like that were not a deal breaker, but would have been more convenient). The management office answered all of our questions immediately and we enjoyed the pool and beach areas! We would definitely recommend!

Pretty comfortable place to stay. Unfortunately the beach was not what we expected but it along with the pool did the job for the few times we hung around. Not sure what is meant by property manager but communications with the owner of the condo was pleasant to speak with.
