Stayed Dec 30, 2025We have stayed at the Emerald Grande a couple times previously. We really enjoy the area and this condo was nice.

Stayed May 11, 2025I think owners need to update unit. Beds need replaced. Carpet in bedrooms stained and appear dirty. Cleaning people didn't do a good job with tile floors - they were dirty, Had a couple spiders and a couple palmetto bugs which was a surprise since we were on the 10th floor. Not enough comfortable seating in living room area - had to use dining room chairs. Also unit had a strange smell - reminded me of vinegar. Size of unit was good. Bedrooms were a nice size. Kitchen was well stocked and appliances were nice. One of the kitchen cabinets had a bad door and the bar sink faucet didn't seem like it was installed properly. It was also noisy from restaurant across the road.

Stayed Oct 25, 2024We enjoyed our stay here. Unit was very nice. The beach boat shuttle was our favorite part that took us to a private beach. You did not even have to leave the resort. They had everything you could want- restaurants, shops, family activities. We will be back.

Stayed Aug 2, 2024We came to Destin for my daughter’s bachelorette weekend, the property was overall good on location, the beach I was not expecting to have to take a boat shuttle to, and one other thing I would mention is to include the deposit of 500$ in booking and then also let guest know the property themselves charge another 250$ deposit. . But great weekend .

Stayed Jul 25, 2024Clean, great location to all things for kids or adults. Amazing views of crab island. As an aviation fan the f-35s flying over the bay every morning was pretty cool.

Stayed Jul 13, 2024We were able to check in early. Rockstar Retreats were fantastic. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! Shuttle to the beach was very convenient and all the staff was friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again for sure!

Stayed Jul 10, 2024The condo is spacious with nice amenities and an amazing location. The owner is a pleasure to work with and our family enjoyed the vacation very much. The only complaint was not the owners fault, but there was a strong food smell inside the condo the entire time we stayed. Thanks again!
