Coastal decor w/a balcony & beachfront, pool view!

Very quiet, nice property. Easy to check in and out. Will definitely look at staying again in the future.

Everything was great

Clean and accommodating.

Communication was easy and appreciated with the host. For a beach front condo, we were very disappointed that there were no beach chairs, beach towels and for “family friendly” no beach toys or things to use at the beach. The gate to access the beach was very temperamental and we fought with it to get it open multiple times.

We will be back! Loved everything about this place. Not loud or crowded, very clean. Quick response to my text when had questions.

The condo itself was great. Very clean. Very accurate description. Sliding glass door is very hard to open. My only complaint is the beach area. The condo did not come with a rented, umbrella and chairs. And the beach service chairs, and umbrellas take up all of the front beach. Also, there is a hill miracles

The location was wonderful and we had a great time. Negatives: trash shoot in laundry room was full after a couple days and guests would have to pile it up in the laundry room. I had to call and have them clean it up. They took the trash but never emptied the shoot so it just piled up again. You couldn’t use the laundry room because of the large pile of trash. The one elevator was being worked on which I understand needed fixed. But we could have been given a heads up before the awful loud noise. It was so loud at times we had to leave the condo. As far as the condo itself the beds were comfortable and plenty of towels. No extra blankets so glad we took some throws with us. We did have to clean some dishes and utensils before we could use them. The bedroom remote was missing so you couldn’t watch tv in there and the living room at the same time. The bedroom could use some curtains. We had to hang a towel over it because you could see through the blinds from the outside hallway. Of course we had a great time at the beach and the pool was maintained very well but for that kind of money you just expect things to be a little nicer.

Great stay, accurate description of residence, great location, beautiful property and beach area

The condo was great! Very conveniently located to the elevator, laundry room (located outside of the condo, but just outside), and the trash chute. Extremely close to the beach an absolute plus. The pool was nice. Nice to be so close to stores. Easy in and out, as well as easy check in and out process.

Everything is exactly as listed

Condo is nice, clean, and away from the main drag. The pool is right below the unit’s balcony , which can make it a bit loud when you are sitting out there. We were there during a busy time with spring break, so there were lots of families around.

First time in Destin and enjoyed the beautiful beaches. The unit we rented was great, seemed like it was recently renovated. A lot of this to do and see in the area.

Condo was off the main road but still close to everything you need. Beautiful condo and complex. Beach was easily accessible and gorgeous. Great stay!

Spectacular view! Extremely clean condo! However, the master/front bedroom’s air conditioning was poor! The other bedroom was very cool! Be prepared for firm beds! But again, spectacular view right on the beach!!

Great location, access to everything, peaceful and private space on the beach away from commercial atmosphere. I will be back!

We were celebrating 44 years of marriage & our friends were celebrating 40! We had a blast. Beach not crowded, off the busy road but plenty of restaurants, shops & grocery stores nearby. Great place for all ages.Will book again and bring the grandkids.
