All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.
The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
This rental is located on floor 2.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

    The entire exterior of the complex was filthy. The parking garage was difficult to maneuver and the spaces are very tight. Most people have large SUVs or trucks these days and the spaces are not large enough. There are no carts in the garage to assist with carrying your belongings into the condo meaning you will have to make numerous trips. We had an interior pool facing condo on the second floor and it was horribly claustrophobic because you could not tell which direction the ocean was. I would never recommend this condo for that reason and because it is one floor up from the pool and in the summer it would be very noisy. This unit is far from the elevator and its very difficult to get to because (again) there are no carts in the garage to help transfer your belongings. The unit was relatively clean but there were not enough blankets on the master bed. So I found a large comforter in the hall closet and when I spread it on the bed there was a very disgusting stain on it. In the bathroom there was hair left in the shower - another thing that really grossed me out. The unit was very spacious and the kitchen was well stocked but the knives were all dull. The TV was very small and it was nearly impossible to get signed into. There should have been some directions provided by the rental company - VACASA. All in all, this condo was only OK and I would never rent it again. I probably will not stay in this complex again because it is so difficult to get into.
