The Apartment (on the second floor) is located in the picturesque Marigny Triangle, 2 blocks from the French Quarter, 1 block from Frenchmen St. & 2 blocks from the streetcar. The building was recently converted from a warehouse that was used to make Mardi Gras floats, into modern Condos. It features private parking (see house rules), a cool private balcony, a community courtyard, exterior security cameras, keypad locks, 10 ft ceilings & a variety of coffee makers.

Apartment201 is 1,100 SF of modern space, including 2 bedrooms with queen-sized premium hotel brand mattresses, 2 bathrooms, and a daybed. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private balcony while watching the horse carriage rides go by. The balcony opens up to a cozy living room with a wall-mounted smart TV. Open concept kitchen with bar table and stools, 2-burner Cooktop, and Toaster Oven.

One parking spot in our driveway is available only for cars of a specific size (see House Rules for parking details and more). If your car does not fit, there should be plenty of street parking with a permit we can offer but must be coordinated before arrival.

We, the hosts, are husband (from Louisiana) and wife (from Puerto Rico) Architects who designed, built, and live at our property in which we rent out 3 STR units. In 2021 we were awarded by AirB&B The Most Hospitable Hosts in Louisiana, as determined by guest reviews over 1 year, and given to only one host in each state. We truly enjoy welcoming guests and sharing our special home, and we will do our best to make sure our guests have a memorable stay.

    This is an amazing property. The location is in a quite neighborhood but close enough to the action of the french quarter and frenchman st thats its an easy walk.We had 3 guests but 4 would fit just fineany more would be a stretch for adults. The unit is very modern and very well thought outabout anything you need is there and in good condition. The hosts were actually out of town when we stayed but were very quick to respond to any needs or questions we had. Even allowed an early check in to accommodate our schedule. If you are going to Nola this would be a great choice for your stay!

    Our host was very welcoming, and contacted us before and during our stay to insure that we had everything we needed. The apartment was clean and well furnished and the location is amazing if you want to experience New Orleans and the French Quarter without being too touristic. There are a number of places to eat and have drinks within a short walk, including Port of Call -- home of the most amazing hamburgers in the world (as well as some pretty potent beverages). The French Quarter is 5 minutes away as is the Riverfront streetcar, which will take you to Canal Street and the Aquarium (or just to the other side of the Quarter if you are not up to walking it). I would definitely recommend to anyone.

    This was the perfect vacation rental for our New Orleans vacation! It was extremely clean, included supplies to cook, and had comfortable beds. The downstairs loft area is perfect little suite. The hosts are extremely kind, dropped off fresh flowers during our stay, and communicative. We are already planning our trip to come back!

    Property was in great spot and owners were very accommodating. We had two small issues. One was out of owners control, as there was a power outage. We were packing up without light, hot water, charging devices and home became extremely hot. The only other issue was not having an elevator with a lot of luggage and a lot of stairs, including spiral staircase. Everything else was very nice and we were laughing and loud late Sunday morning, to which the property owners knocked on our door to be quiet, which we felt terrible about but it was like a weekend night for our last night of a girls trip in NOLA!

    The house was exactly what the pictures show, beautiful home, clean, comfortable, and location was the best! Not too close to the loud noise but not too far to walk. Everything was within walking distance. Bourbon St, Fresh Market, and the French Quarter were all in walking distance. We will be visiting again and will definitely be staying here! Hostess communication was great. David was there if we ever needed anything or had a question on food or places to visit!

    We’ve been to NOLA many times and each time we stay in a different neighborhood to immerse in the uniqueness and diversity of this beautiful place. This time we wanted to explore the Marigny triangle and Frenchman Street. This home was the perfect launching point! We loved the accessibility to nightlife, just 4 blocks away, the Quarter, and to all this bright neighborhood had to offer. Would book again without hesitation.

    Thank you again for hosting us. The property is just as described. Conveniently, located to the French Quarter. The property was clean and well maintained. We loved the quiet neighborhood that was not far from everything we love about the French Quarter. The hosts were wonderful and accommodating.     Our stay was wonderful! Our host Irelis was so friendly and gave us great tips on where to go and what to see. Her breakfast recommendation was incredible. The location is perfect, far enough from the French Quarter tourism to be peaceful and a short walk to join the festivities. Three adults - we had plenty of room and enjoyed sunning on the deck as well.

    Unique modern condo in Marigny, easy walk to the FQ and clubs on Frenchman St. Included off-street parking a huge plus. Spotlessly clean too! Great helpful hosts. Good setup for 2 couples, nice private space for each, or in our case, mom, dad, and adult kid. No dishwasher or oven, so not the place if you like to cook, but who comes to NOLA to cook? Very well equipped kitchen otherwise, especially for coffee, including Nespresso and pods. Also not for the mobility impaired, gotta get the luggage up to the 2nd floor via steps, and down spiral steps to the downstairs bedroom. Great showers and comfy beds. We had a great stay!

    Overall very good. Parking space was very tight. Wish it had a full size coffee maker. Some people might have difficulty going up and down the spiral staircase to the lower level bedroom.

    My wife turned 50 AND we had our 25th anniversary so we decided to celebrate in New Orleans. We found this house and didn't know what to expect but the process was easy, and the rate was competitive. The house was new and clean and has everything we needed. The location was very convenient. The owners were friendly and communicated clearly along with great advice while we were in the city. They even left us some personalized goodies to help us celebrate!

    Two couples returning home to New Orleans for our 45th high school reunion. Property was PERFECT. Beautifully designed and appointed, with our every need anticipated and handled. Owners responsive and friendly. Free parking a plus. Close proximity to French Quarter cannot be beat. Very quiet all-around and located in such a quaint neighborhood, close to restaurants, bars, and markets. All within easy walking distance. Don't think twice. Book your stay with these folks! You won't regret. We hope to be back again as our schedules permit.

    The location was perfect for us—a short walk to French quarter, Frenchmen Street and yet very quiet. Ingenious design features that are functional & beautiful, down to the last detail. AC kept thing chill during the heat of the day & the balcony was wonderful in the evening. The place is flawless really, with some very thoughtful touches (used the umbrella 2x). One of the best short-term rentals I’ve ever stayed at. Thank you — we’ll be back.
