Was amazing a trip I’ll never forget

Clean and beautifully decorated, beds were comfortable, and the apartment was well stocked with everything needed - towels, dishes, extra blankets, etc. Very quiet area yet only a four minute drive to restaurants. We even saw a few deer in the surrounding greenery. Will definitely be returning!

Everything was fantastic

Great place. Kim was an awesome host. Close to downtown Boone and our favorite restaurant Howard Station.

Many amenities - coffee, refrig stuff if needed, bathroom extras, very clean and cizy. Owner , Kim, was great with communication. Did not get VBRO check in communication. Had to wait on hold for 20 min. To get it having just arrived from an 8 hour trip. Vbro rep was pleasant; just wish we didn't have to call to get in. Woll definitely stay hete again however!

This was such a great place to stay!! The condo was clean and everything was so nice, from the sheets to the toilet paper! The only thing I think could be improved was non-slip stickers in the showers!

This condo was so cute and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The location was perfect - we were visiting App State. Check-in was very easy.

The condo was great, close to everything including the venue for the wedding we attended. Only negative was the steepness of the stairs leading to the condo. It was tough for someone with bad knees carrying luggage, but overall a great experience! The host was great, thought of everything you might need and great communication.

Great two bedroom two bath condo for a weekend trip to visit App State and experience the local area. A much better option for us than a hotel.

The host was welcoming and available to answer any questions I had in a timely manner.

Very comfortable and cozy. Waking distance to the action but not right downtown which we liked. The deck railing off the primary bedroom needs attention. Very wobbly and unsafe. Otherwise great stay. Be aware that there are steps and may be steep for some. Great time!

We never had interaction with the host but that's ok. Everything was clean and welcoming. We would absolutely stay there again.

This was a great little place to stay and relax as we were visiting App State for my son. Having a kitchen to cook a meal in and two bedrooms to have our own space was critical. Beds were comfy. Living area allowed us to watch some games together too.

Close to town, an easy drive to graduation and festivities. It was a busy 2 days, and we appreciated the comfy beds.The condo had everything that we needed.

This quaint townhouse was perfect for a stay in Boone. Close to town, clean, comfortable. And plenty of parking which is hard to find in the Boonetown.

This place was even better than the listing shows! It is a great location; close to the university and to downtown but has nature around it! Check-in was easy and it had everything we needed! I would definitely stay again!

Great, clean amenities. Comfy mattresses. Perfect size for my daughter and myself. We are repeat bookers.

Clean and organized

Great location and beautifully decorated and fully stocked with essential items. Close to everything you need. Great local restaurants close by. The stairs are steep and somewhat slippery when wet. One is a real high step and quite dangerous but take your time. Kids living overhead are noisy.

The property was very cute and in a good location. The property manager was great and very attentive. 10/10 would recommend.

It was my wife, daughter and myself. The property was very clean. There were plenty of towels and washcloths wich was great because other places we stayed they were at a minimum. The only thing we couldn’t find was a spatula.

The condo was well stocked and clean. Loved the little heaters in the bathrooms during such cold weather. They even had salt for the stairs and a snow shovel. The parking lot and the steep drive getting in and out of the condo was well maintained. The location worked well for us.

Stayed during the Christmas holiday, the condo was very quaint and cosey, decorated nicely for the Christmas holiday, fully stocked with dishes and appliances. Two nice size bedrooms and a back porch walk out. Two bathrooms and a cute dining room area. I was able to cook a nice Christmas meal, enjoy plenty of games and it was quite comfortable for the family. So much nicer than a hotel.

Pros – great location, well stocked with everything we needed, the owner was communicative with us. There was a small welcome gift waiting for us which was very sweet! Cons – Reeked of cigarette smoke ( people still smoke indoors? ) I’m allergic, so it was rough. Hence the 3 stars for accuracy which said no smoking allowed. it would’ve been nice to be able to unpack, but the dresser in one room was full of sheets and towels, with only one drawer available.

The place was clean as always. Upstairs neighbors are SO loud stomping the floor sometimes rattling the lights. Very displeased with the noise.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights. We enjoyed our stay and found the apartment clean, comfortable and well stocked.

Lovely condo, warm and inviting decor and very comfortable. The location was ideal to enjoy all the area has to offer. Enjoyed exploring the surrounding mountain towns with the restaurants, interesting shops and activities offered along with scenic views everywhere. Would definitely recommend. mountain towns, restaurants, shopping and activities they offered.

We loved staying here! Boone is absolutely beautiful and this location was so great. The condo was a little stuffy with clutter and decor things everywhere. The closets were jam packed with stuff. The place could definitely use a deep clean and a major declutter, The host was kind and responsive. We would stay again!

This unit is close to the action in Boone, but still feels like home. Everything you need is for a comfortable stay is available. We definitely take advantage of the Appalcart stop at the bottom of the hill on gameday.

Everything was exactly as promised. A great value!

It’s a beautiful and cozy place and my family and I had everything we needed. It’s a nice and quiet neighborhood and close to the school. Ms. Kim was a wonderful host and responded to all my messages and requests in a timely manner. Having a tray full of snacks and treats was a nice touch.

Great location to move our ‘neer in. No AC wasn’t an issue as the temp was mild & the fans help a lot.

The home was clean, cozy, and well located. We'd stay again.

We have stayed here several times. It’s perfect in location! Has everything we needed, except air conditioning, lol. Plenty of fans and nice evening breeze with windows up made it perfect. I would stay here every trip to Boone!
