Great location, super clean and comfortable, lots of space, easy walk to dining, shops and waterfront, host was very responsive. Looking forward to staying again in a few months!

David was great! He was very responsive and went over and beyond to accommodate us. The 2 bedroom condo was spacious and very clean. The location was perfect right in downtown New Bern in a revitalized safe area. It was within walking distance to Morgan's Grill and Baker's Kitchen which are two excellent restaurants. The price was very reasonable for the accommodations and the area! I highly recommend it!

I stay at one of David's units any time I am in New Bern. The location is perfect - walking distance to EVERYTHING, and the condos are always clean and welcoming. David is very easy to communicate with and answers all correspondence promptly.

This was a three night stay for business. The location was ideal and the free parking was a big plus. The second floor condo was spacious and well appointed. We very much enjoyed our stay there.

Great location in town near a lot of great restaurants and cute little shops. The condo was spotless, beds comfortable, very quiet. There is a steep staircase to get to the unit. Would definitely come back for another stay.

Lovely condo, nice furnishings, roomy. Would like to stagers again on subsequent trips.

Kitchen was big and nice. A few small things. - Portable dishwasher was not actually connected to water source and so couldn't be used, but there was nothing to let us know that. It was actually plugged in; we left it unplugged.- A teakettle would have been nice as it would notify us when water we put on the stove reached the boiling point.- The toaster was very cheap and burned toast on the top while not cooking the toast in the middle. This happened multiple times.- It would be helpful if there was a list of what the cable channels were. This is typically always provided in any type of rental.Enjoyed the stay; location was excellent.

David was very welcoming and accessible, and provided a spacious, clean and extremely comfortable environment in an incredible location! Would highly recommend this property and David as a host!

Really amazing little secret hideaway!!! My brother and I stayed there and the two beds/baths were perfect for us. Location: perfect. Comfort: perfect. I will definitely stay there again for sure!!! The only drawback was the long flight of stairs...treacherous in heels but I managed! Thanks for everything!

Great Location! Very nice condo that is well furnished. Parking is not clearly marked and behind the building with no rear entrance - however there was plenty of parking on the street with no charge Friday afternoon through Monday morning. Nice to be able to view the clock tower, but beware the clock towers bells ring starting at 8am and throughout the day.

Super clean and great location. Be aware if you are a late sleeper that the clock tower chimes at 8 AM. Very comfortable furniture. So grateful for the washer and dryer (always necessary when traveling with kids!).

Owner was very responsive and helpful. The unit was really nice with wonderfully high ceilings. Lots of restaurant's nearby. Just made our visit with family in New Bern perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Not only was it clean and extremely well appointed, you couldn’t beat the location!And to be able to bring along our dog, made it perfect for our wedding weekend. Highly recommend!

The location of this Vrbo could not have been better. It was right next door to our daughter wedding venue with restaurants and shops within walking distance. Anything else we needed was a short drive away. The apt was easy to access, very clean with more amenities and much nicer than we expected. This will definitely be our go to place for future New Bern visits.

Superb apartment in a beautifully restored brick commercial building. Clean simple and tasteful decor. Great restaurants, shops waterfront parks. We will be back !

Recently stayed for a second time at this wondering rental in the heart of historic New Bern. There's no better location to stay since it's very close to shops and restaurants!

Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in the heart of downtown New Bern. Perfect for a long weekend

This condo was very clean and situated downtown. Once we found a place to park we didn't have to drive the car anywhere. We walked everywhere we wanted to go so the location is perfect for that. Check-in and check-out were very easy too. We had a great weekend!

Convenient, quiet and comfortable

This condo is in the very heart of everything in New Bern. The best dining and the best shopping are all within a 3 - 10 minute walk.One note to be aware of: you must climb 24 stair steps to get to these condos. The check-in process was simple. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need except the food itself. The rooms were spacious. The beds were comfortable. The washer and dryer were a very nice convenience. There was plenty of hot water, and we were able to control the temperature in our unit.No complaints!!

We had a great time and the accommodations were great. The location is magnificent to get around to everything down downtown. We apent our Thanksgiving here and the kitchen was easy to use and had everything I needed to fix our Thanksgiving feast. Would recommend and would stay again.

This VRBO was a great place to stay for down town New Bern. We walked to all shops, restaurants, bars... The property had everything we needed. The host was quick to respond to our questions and we would stay at this location again if we were to return to New Bern. Only note to make is that if you are staying in Unit A you only have access to the front of the building. You do have a parking spot in the back of the building and can use the front door street parking for unloading or loading your car.

The condo was perfect - super clean, great location, comfortable beds, and well-stocked kitchen. David was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to book again for our next visit to New Bern!

Great location. It is not in the clock tower building. That's city hall. It's across the street from the clock tower city hall building. Bathroom fans are very load and should be looked into. If you have heavy luggage be prepared to climb a very steep long flight of stairs. One parking space a little tricky to find, but owner was helpful. Public parking close by at no charge. Don't let the paper covers of the windows on the ground level deter mislead you to thinking the place is not in good shape. Otherwise, everything is great.
