Stayed Jun 11, 2021The condo was everything she says it is. Wry nice and comfortable and clean. The property is in a not so nice neighborhood. They have off duty cops patrol the complex. Which made me feel better. It takes on average about 15-30 minutes to get to the beach. 5-7 minutes to get home. On the weekend it took us almost 45 minutes.

Stayed Apr 2, 2021The apartment is really nice and very well kept. It was very comfortable. Everything we needed for the beach was there. It was really nice. The neighborhood is not so great but ok and the community pool was not cleaned the whole time we were there so, we went to the beach instead.

Stayed Apr 9, 2021Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this property myself and a few friends we’re just looking for a guys trip weekend close to the beach and although I live in Tampa this was a perfect getaway. The owner communicated quickly and efficiently, the property was clean and we had no problems during our stay there. Would definitely recommend!!

Stayed Mar 19, 2021Overall, this property was good. There were six of us and it was plenty roomy for us. The listing showed up to 10 people but I'd seriously consider that before staying here with that many. Minor cosmetic repairs needed like a shower shelf, fix the shower door (both in the master bedroom), replace rusty faucets. Despite these minor issues, the place was comfortable, plenty of parking, and the owner was responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Worth the rental and would stay again.

Stayed Feb 13, 2021The condo was nice and roomy. Plenty of supplies there for use. Location was handy for restaurants and grocery. If you are a beach person, you might want to consider staying over the bridge. We were not familiar with the area and had no idea how far it was from the beach. It’s only a few miles away but traffic is heavy over by the beach. The owners were awesome as far as communication. We enjoyed our winter escape from the cold and the snow.

Stayed Oct 23, 2020The property is big a very well maintained in an old building. The building is Ok but the unit is great. 3 rooms excellent for 8 people. Would stay here again whenever I come with a big group.
