Lovely 2BR/2BA end unit condo, two steps from pool & jacuzzi, nestled within Desert Princess Country Club Golf Resort at the feet of the San Jacinto Mountains. A perfect place to relax or combine leisure & work in a marvellous setting. Long term rental only ( 30 nights+).

Located in luxury Desert Princess Golf&Spa Resort, a beautiful gated property, our Condo is built in the typical Desert adobe style. It is a single story end unit, adjacent to a pool & jacuzzi, is fully equipped & features a bright & cosy living&diningroom, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen & patio with BBQ - the ideal base to work from home and/or relax if you are a golf, tennis, fitness, swimming or spa nut, a National Park adventurer or simply love Palm Springs! We speak English, German, French & Dutch.

We have been hosting guests from all over the world, renting the place via a number of channels. Our guests love the condo and its location with view on the Golf Court and just steps from pool & jacuzzi.
The living room opens to the patio, garden, jacuzzi, pool and green. It is the center place of the condo, giving access to the fully equipped kitchen, the master bedroom [king size bed, en suite bath with shower], second bedroom [2 twin size beds which can by put together], walk-in closet & private bathroom (with tube).
Flat screen TV's with complementary Cable TV are to be found in each bedroom as well as in the living room. A Wifi-connected blu-ray player gives instant access to a host of VoD services.
​Very high speed WIFI, a computer table and a printer are provided for your convenience. Upgraded kitchen with new appliances - range, OTR microwave & dishwasher. Garden furniture and a barbecue are on-site as well.

We trust that our guests will respect our condo, its flora and fauna environment, the land it stands on, the neighbors and the native American people who have cared for the Valley since the dawn of time.
We do not want to list an endless number of house rules, as most go without saying. In the condo, you will find a list of „Tips & Tricks“ to make your stay as easy as possible.
° The place is a non-smoking condo, the ideal holiday place for up to 4 guests and no more than 4 are allowed to reside there.
° Keeping the condo neat and clean is a matter of respect – to us and to the following guests. If anything happens, breaks or stops working, let us know.
° If you keep doors and/or screen doors shut all the time, spider-type visitors from the desert will stay outside the condo .
° Please respect the neighborhood and the rules of the resort.

We are proud to be licensed by the City of Cathedral City [lic. no. 015069], which means that we comply with local rules as regards holiday rentals. Our condo is subject to a thorough annual control which includes safety and security features.

    Very good property. As advertised and the hosts were great. Only small thing the cleaners had not dusted, it seemed, in a while but that wasn’t a huge deal and did not affect our stay in the least

    The condo was clean and spacious. We loved how convenient the pool and hot tub were. Morning sunrise on the patio over the fairway and pool area are beautiful. Easy walks to tennis courts and fitness center. Quiet gated community with lovely neighbors, mostly from Canada. Easy drives to all of Coachella valley, Salton Sea and Joshua Tree. Truly a delightful place to visit with plenty to do.

    We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Loved that the pool and spa were steps from the patio and that the sun drenched the patio in the morning. The owners were very nice to deal with.
