Stayed Feb 4, 2026Host was very responsive and polite. She answered any questions I had. Condo was very spacious and is in a great location, especially for Mardi Gras as it is directly on the parade route. Although it didn’t really bother us, it may bother some, the windows are all right at the sidewalk and street so, people walking by, cars driving by, and a lot of light from street lights etc. may be an issue for some so, keep that in mind when booking. I love the Mardi Gras theme, which is what first drew me to this rental

Stayed Apr 9, 2025We have really enjoyed our stay here! It's so close to everything we needed to attend this week that we walked everywhere and didn't have to worry about parking. There are tons of shopping and food options just around the corner! We were also able to attend a LODA ArtWalk. Kimberly has been super responsive and helpful any time I needed anything.

Stayed Nov 15, 2024The kitchen had very little. No pot holders, minimal dishes, etc. Only one hair dryer and minimal towels. Twin beds were comfortable. Location was good. Better for younger people.

Stayed Nov 20, 2024We were there for a concert at the Saenger Theatre which was a one minute walk from the condo. We really enjoyed down town Mobile with everything in walking distance. The condo was perfect for two couples which was very nice and clean. Thanks Kimberly for the great hospitality and communications.
