Chic Oceanfront North Topsail Beach Condo w/ Deck

The owners communicated really well and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was fully stocked with dishes, linens, toiletries, and even soap/shampoo/conditioner! My son loved the little candies in the bowls and all the games and books available. Thanks to Beth for a wonderful experience!

Hosts were gracious and we really enjoyed our time in their condo. They went above and beyond in providing items that other condos charge extra for or require you to bring.

When we booked the condo we essentially were just needing a roof over her head and so we can enjoy everything else. When we entered it was beyond clean cozy and inviting! Bath, Bill and Moe have created a space that you can truly relax! I am so ssgrateful grateful to them

We wanted to visit our son and a nice quiet place on the beach. This was what we were looking for. We will come back.

The condo was great and one could not have asked for a better hostess. The only problem was there was NO beach or ocean access. According to the online description, Just a few steps away from the beach/ocean, is totally inaccurate. The ocean covered the last few steps of the stairway accessing the beach. The beach was a pile of huge sandbags five feet from the condo's deck,preventing further erosion.

We stepped into this condo and found a homey atmosphere that provided everything we needed to really enjoy a beach get-away. We didn't want to leave.

The villa was perfection however our stay was cut very short because of TS Debbie ? Villa as described. Beth was very helpful and prompt with answering questions. Will definitely try to come back before hurricane season!

Everything was wonderful! A clean, quiet property literally right at the oceans edge. Be sure to check the tides. The beach right in front of the property will not be accessible except at low tide. You will need to go down a bit to stay on the beach for the day. There is a beach access point near the buildings with a beach that is cleared out further from the water and high tide there is not a problem. A fabulous place for a vacation!

We really enjoyed our family vacation here. With a pullout couch as well, it was perfect for our family of 4. Low tide gives a perfect amount of time to spend on the beach. High tide gives you an amazing experience as your so close to the ocean. The hosts thought of everything we would need and were so helpful and accommodating, with great communication from check-in to check-out. We would love to come back here some time.

Condo was very clean and had all the little extras...

The condo is fabulous and all that is included works great. We’ve rented a lot of condos and this is the best. The location is one of a kind as we’re basically bombarded at high tide and it’s a one of a kind spectacle. Obviously at high tide we can’t access the beach directly but you can easily access the beach by building 8 or by a beach access just up north. The area is quiet and beautiful.

We had the best thing staying here! They thought of everything you could possibly want! Can’t wait to stay again!

Condo was perfect for 2 people. Very clean and everything you could need was there. Cooler, beach chairs, umbrella, plenty of cooking ware, baggies, trashbags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash....Would highly recommend. Although the high tide limits your time on the beach you can go to a public beach access or go further south in the Topsail Dunes Condo area to access the beach.

We stay at a beautiful beach front unit that was perfect. The only negative was that someone in the floor above us was smoking marijuana in the deck and the winds were blowing the smell all around us.
