The condo is located in a lovely country club neighborhood. It is a second floor corner unit with a balcony overlooking greenery. On Saturdays there is a farmers market which is a one minute walk and often times there is live music on Fridays. Multiple restaurants are within walking distance and even more are a short drive away. You will have access to the pool and gym right next door. The condo is within a 15 minute drive to UF and Shands.

Stayed May 11, 2025The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The door lock gave me a bit of trouble at first but i figured out the trick. The plantaion is beautiful and peaceful. I sat out on the balcony and took it all in most nights and ate my breakfast out there in the morning. The pool was clean and just the right temperature. We spent the whole day there. I was very comfortable in the condo and really didnt want to leave. Awesome

Stayed Mar 6, 2025I came to town for a sports event. The condo was clean and in a great neighborhood. Communication was easy and instructions for the property easy. Comfortable beds and couch. Will be back for the next event.

Stayed Nov 25, 2024Spacious for family of four. The kids shared a room. The location has easy access to several restaurants in the Haile Village Center. It was a quiet, second-story apartment-style. The only drawback was a broken coffee maker, which we replaced. The owner was communicative and helpful. We hope to return.

Stayed Mar 7, 2024Amazing place to stay while in Gainesville, FL. Clean, Safe and Cozy environment. Loved the balcony. The Haile Planation was a quaint community with a Farmer's Market on Saturday's. Easy walking trails and local places to eat within walking distance. Grocery stores nearby. Access to swimming pool and gym. Host left coffee for us and had other amenities available too if you forgot something. Good communication with Host. I highly recommend the Chic Haile Village and will stay here again when in the area.

Stayed Jun 1, 2023We loved this location! Easy access to trails, close to the pool, and the farmers market. The unit was well stocked with towels, kitchen appliances, coffee, laundry detergent and dish detergent. The bedrooms are on opposite sides which was a great layout for us with kids. We would stay here again!

Stayed Mar 23, 2023Susan is a very attentive host with great attention to detail including detailed and accurate instructions for the stay. She even left sunscreen out along with the pool towels! The apartment was very clean and well decorated. The balcony was great for morning coffees and we really enjoyed being right in the middle of Haile Plantation with its restaurants, walking trails and farmers' market. We have family moving to the Gainseville area so we would definitely like to come back. Highly recommended.
