Stayed Oct 16, 2025The unit was “clean,” but not as perfect in the pictures. Carpets were very stained all over. Walls were scuffed up with markings everywhere. Good location in terms of walking distance to coffee, food, and shops. Overall an okay place to stay for the price.

Stayed Jul 17, 2025My 6 year old and I stayed for one night for a concert and we will def be back. I love Wilmington and this location is great! Very accessible to everything in the city. Very nice apartment. Some stains on the carpets and dusty areas, but overall happy with the place.

The space was relatively clean, just obviously an older building but still in great condition. The parking space/garage can be difficult to find but directions are explained in detail by the host. We would definitely book again.

Stayed Oct 14, 2024The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Great location for exploring downtown. Need to be able to negotiate stairs from parking and up to bedroom. Big step into tub. Very clean and well appointed. R we old book again.
