Chateaux 409 - GULF FRONT Condo - Vacation Goals

The condo itself was 9/10. My only dislike was that the bedroom was on the entry side and not the beach. The biggest problem was that there was ongoing daily construction that went from 8am until 5pm. Scaffolding lines hanging over our balcony, wake-up and morning coffee to the sound of hammer and saw, walking through the construction to access the beach or pool. Management did give a small rebate when they were notified, but the money wasnt the issue, it was our vacation. Overall, I still give the property and management two thumbs up, just would have gone elsewhere had we known construction was going on.

Second time booking at Chateaux. Both times the accommodations were as described. This time didn't disappoint. Room was clean, air worked, everything that you needed. Just bring beech towels.

This unit was perfect. Looks exactly like the pictures! The ocean views were amazing. Kitchen was fully Equipped for cooking. The AC was great! The only downfall was that the TV in the bedroom did not work and since it was the weekend no one available to come fix it. Also the elevator is not working too well. Other than that awesome place and I will definitely be back!

Loved the condo, everything was provided…Only thing not available was the elevator. Being on the 4th floor at the very end made it difficult with luggage and being older going up and down was tiring! A discount was given. Would go back if elevator was available.

Loved the accommodations and the location. It was great having a beach chair to use and the view could not be beat!!

We actually wound up in 307 due to the elevator being out of order. We were able to move down a floor so ratings were for 307.

This property is exactly as the pictures show- cozy, a bit outdated, but had everything you could need. Kitchen was very well stocked, plenty of linens. The management company was incredibly kind, easy to work with, and responsive. Perfect walk down to the beach and pool. Beach was relatively quiet our entire trip! Only downfall was the noise from the adjacent (and above) condos. You could hear everything! The blowers starting nice and early across the street at the golf course were a bummer too but we were grateful to just be in the Florida sun!

Our stay was a great experience. The location on the beach is perfect and it was very clean and comfortable. The management was great and helped us with our luggage because the elevator was being repaired and was out of order. Will stay there again.
