Stayed Mar 24, 2026The view of the beach was great and sunsets were beautiful. The beach was busy, but our area was not crowded. The condo was very well equipped, clean and comfortable. We were grateful for the assigned parking and the location of the Chateaux in Indian Shores. We walked to a few places to eat and others were not far to drive.

Stayed May 21, 2023Everything was as listed, the bedroom is a bit smaller than what the picture allows, no master bath unfortunately but the view is unbeatable, pool was nice and clean at all times and overall a spectacular stay.

Stayed Apr 29, 2023We were very happy with our stay. We stayed in a different condo across the street the previous year and reserved this place before we left so we knew what the building looked like beforehand. But when we finally got to the condo it was super clean and well put together. The giant glass wall/slider door facing the ocean was just awesome! Our 8 and 12 y/o loved it also even though they had to sleep on the pull out couch. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jul 23, 2022place was nice check in was easy. it was quite for the most part. couldn't really use the back desk as people were smoking weed and other things. but over all good time and would rent again.

Stayed Jun 23, 2022We enjoyed our stay at Chateaux 305. It had all the furnishings that we needed, but I wish it had an ice maker in the fridge instead of ice trays. Beautiful Gulf view and lovely pool area too. Enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Bed was comfy with blackout curtains. We had trouble w/Wifi the first day but it was resolved. Was disappointed in Plumlee staff - they told me they would call me when the condo was ready. At 12pm, it only needed to be inspected. And when I called at 3:45, I was told it was ready - but we had been sitting in the parking lot so there was no cleaning lady that left at 3:45. This is the only time that I have had an issue w/Plumlee.
