Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have reviewed 101 before but haven't been there for four years because of COVID-19 for two years and health reasons for two. We have always loved it, but it's been updated with new floors and enhancements in the kitchen. It is on the first floor (second if you count the parking area as a floor) with a great view and a wrap-around balcony, and it is right across the hall from the laundry. We had stayed in several Chateaux units, but once we found it, we have only stayed in 101.

I'm giving it a 5 Star, because it was the cleanest and most organized unit we stayed in. Only downside was the elevator was not working - that was bad with luggage even though its 1st floor. Our AC acted crazy but MGMT company was very fast to attend to problem. We would rent this unit again.

Great restaurants and beach area. Unit has always been clean and what a nice porch to sit on and watch the sunset. Also the bed is so comfortable. We have already got our next years week secured. End unit with side and front balcony, great patio furniture ...fantastic views! Very comfortable king bed and one of the best showers ever! Definitely recommend for a couple, plenty of room. An entire month there, wish it could be longer😊

Lots of good restraunts close by, some have live music. My husband and I loved it We will definitely return. B
