Great location. Well kept up.

The check in process is controlled digitally so they don't open it even if you're only 20 minutes early, but property management will respond quickly and try to help if they can.We have a service animal, which was obviously welcomed, BUT we have to cover the furniture so be ready to bring sheets cover the furniture.Master bedroom's bed leans downward toward the head so it feels like your head is below your feet. The best is also very soft and needs to be replaced.Overall 4.2/5 stars for a 4-day/3-night stay.

Codo was clean,needs updated in kitchen and both bathrooms,needs new iron. Had to buy my own. The iron was disgusting.

The stay was as expected! We had one small issue with a toilet running constantly and maintenance came right over within 24 hours to fix it!

We absolutely loved our stay! The pool was right out our back door which was very nice! The walk to the beach wasn’t bad at all! We cooked several mornings and nights and had everything we needed! We stayed @Chateau La Mer 11A I would definitely recommend and stay again!

This was a great vacation with my husband, son and grandson. Arrival and check in was super easy - just as the directions said! Our condo was towards the back of the neighborhood but still accessible and short walks to everything around. Our condo was just as the pictures and description described. We only had a couple of issues. My grandson took his xbox but the tv in the second bedroom was too large to move to hook it up so he played in the living room. The front bathroom had a screw that was stripped out in the mirror so the door was hanging loose at the top of one side. We called and reported it and they came and got it fixed before anything was broken. Lastly, the parking lot is small and crowded. I wish they had assigned parking spots for the units to park in. I think it would have been less confusing. But other than those small issues, we had a wonderful time and we were all very comfortable. Highly recommend!

Great location, close to all attractions, quiet neighborhood. Had a fun few days.

The checking in and out process is so easy. The condo felt like home away from home and was beautiful. Plenty of towels and wash cloths. I also liked there was a washer and dryer in the unit. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and I wish we could come back again

We were very impressed with how roomy it was and very cleaned! Even the comforters were wrapped in plastic in the closets. Smelled so clean!!! We will be back!

As advertised. Great location walking to beach is literally 4 minutes. Clean! Shower works great. The information for WiFi/ gate codes for pool/private beach all on the welcome email. The only thing they need to fix is the master bedroom bed frame. If not fixed the bed makes both people roll to the middle. We found a way around it but would be perfect if fixed for next round if people

This was such a great place to stay. Clean, welcoming, friendly and easy to get around. The only thing I wish it had is washer/dryer inside the unit but it wasn’t a huge deal. The walk to the beach is easy and quick and it’s surrounded by great restaurants and views. If you’re a runner like me, the trail is super convenient and the views are beautiful during you’re workout.

This property was clean and very close to beach access. Pictures very accurate to property detail. Instructions were clear and did not have any issues with others in the area or buildings nearby. Convenient and accessible.

This was my first time booking a unit like this and I was very impressed with the process. Right from the start I was recieving detailed emails about the check in process, what to expect, and got complimentary tickets to certain events that we were planning on doing while there anyway, which was a really nice touch. The unit was clean and comfortable. There were 6 of us in my family and there was plenty of towels and dishes for us to use while there and everyone was comfortable. The pool was very close to the unit and the beach access was directly across the street. We had a great experience and I highly recommend booking here.

This condo was perfect and pet friendly! I was really impressed that it did not “smell” pet friendly and was very clean. Beds were very comfortable and it was only a 2 min walk to the beach!

Pictures make the resort look more appealing. We were not upset or disappointed. I feel it is excessive to charge $100 per pet when Hotels are $50 and our Dogs are emotional support animals. They want you to supply a doctor’s note to prove they are emotional support. In the state of Florida this is illegal to ask as I have been told staying in Hotels. They also charge a cleaning fee but you will be fined if you don’t take out the garbage the day you leave. The expense of VRBO is getting ridiculous. I will be a Hotel person from now on as staying in a VRBO is becoming more of a hassle. Overall the property was not bad, I just have a different take on how things should run. The couches were also not clean, they need new ones or a deep clean.

This property is in a great location. The check-in process was very easy. Recommend to families.

The condo we stayed in was older but had been updated and was nice. I prefer to have more used/older furniture since i have younger children and a pet so its less likely for them to hurt it. There was no washer/dryer in the unit and you had to pay to use theirs this was a big negative for us. It was a short walk to the beach and even closer one for the pool.
