Chateau La Mer 16e-Pet Friendly! Close to the Beach~ Seasonal Beach Service!

Definitely staying here again!! Clean, newly renovated and so close to the beach.

Overall, the stay was just okay. Our first impression of the condo was how dirty the floors were. Clearly that had not been cleaned in a long time. We all put our shoes back on ten minutes into getting there because our feet were already black from walking on the floors. Cooking was a nightmare between pans that everything stuck to and half the stove eyes not working very well at all. (15 min on high and my eggs JUST started cooking). We also had to buy basic seasonings like salt and pepper, which are usually included in rentals for bare minimum seasonings. The A/C in the master bedroom was also broken, which we were brought a fan, but it hardly made a difference in this heat. The owners gave a partial refund to make this right, so no complaint about that, but still did not make the stay great having to sleep in a stuffy room. The walk to the beach is short, and it’s close to many places to eat, which is nice! Truly the only reason I put three stars instead of two. The saving grace on this stay, honestly. For what we paid to stay here though, we were disappointed.

Everything was great location to beach quite area and close to a lot of restaurants.

We love staying here because the accessibility to the beach is so easy! Clean rental and only issue we had was the ac but one call to Gibson Properties and they had it fixed very quickly! Will def book again in the future

This was the perfect location to the beach (2 minute walk), super quiet community, comfy beds and couches, well stocked kitchen, and very clean and well maintained home. We were there for a 15 day family vacation and as soon as we walked in, it felt like home. Everything was clean, convenient and well equipped. We loved the area where the condo was situated and the fact that the beach was gated and very close. We will definately be booking again next year.

This place was great! Short walk to the beach and pool. Plenty of room for everyone. Love the regular size washer and dryer.

Everything was great the beach access the privacy and the area, food choices could be better area wise, and the condo could come with a few home items such as seasonings and coffee filters etc. other than that everything was great!!! Would stay again :)
