Great property. We have visited Destin for several years but haven’t stayed in this area for a while. We enjoyed the location and will be back again

Pet friendly, short walk to beach, quiet complex. Very relaxing stay at the beach.

Very clean. Not as close to beach as i thought, but it was just a short walk to cross street. I think they could have offered more than 1 roll of toilet tissue. They need a dumpster that is reachable, if taking out the trash is required. Idk how anyone gets up to a 10ft dumpster...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything you need is provided. Very clean, quick access to the beach, restaurant right across the road all walking distance. Very cozy and would definitely return here when we come back. All instructions very easy from check in to check out. Family friendly!

The property was clean, had a nice pool, tennis courts, and was conveniently located so we could walk every where.

I am so glad I came across this place when looking for a place to stay during our week-long trip. My husband and I loved that our 2 year old and 10 month old had plenty of space to safely play. The walk to the beach was less than 5 minutes which was so nice. I was pleased to see that we were provided with travel sized laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and dish soap as well as shampoo/conditioner if needed. The only downside I would say is that it was not specified that you would have to pay to use the laundry room. Other than that we LOVED our stay here. Would definitely book again and recommend this place to others. Thank you!!!!

Had trouble finding building, not on the beach, false advertising by complex, trouble with toilet but fixed, could not open gate to private beach, no chairs. Condo was fine but pet friendly they are not. Had to cover couch, chairs, and bed to keep out dog hair...how is that pet friendly, had to bring extra garbage bags, dishwasher soap, toilet paper and paper towels. This seems extreme.

We booked this property due to our dogs and it worked out very well. Lots of grassy areas and disposal bags and receptacles. The lawns were watered each night keeping those areas fresh. We could also walk to two good restaurants and ride our bikes to others. For the price, a good choice for us.

This was an excellent experence except the representation of the beach access is a little misleading. Please include that it is a short walk to the private beach access.

We had a great time at the condo and enjoyed the cleanliness. Although we were on the first floor we couldn't really hear the folks upstairs. I thank you for making our 4th a great experience! Andrew

We had a great stay. Please just have parking permits available in the room and dont email guests to make them print them.

My only complaint is that simple amenities were not provided. I had to buy toilet paper and beach towels, salt and pepper, tea and honey. There were not enough trash bags, and no dust pan to sweep and pick up sand on the floor.

We enjoyed five glorious days at Chateau La Mer. Walking distance to the beach, where we were greeted daily by Carl who showed us where our ocean view seats were for that day! Heaven! Absolute Heaven. We will definitely be going back. Only drawback of the visit were the knats....Nothing a can of RAID can't beat!!! Many blessings abound at Chateau La Mer; Tailfins tiki tours, Kenny D's, Blalocks Seafood Market, and Boathouse Oyster Bar, all minutes away creating the perfect getaway. Thank you Chateau-we will see you again in 2025!

Clean and close to the beach

The stay was absolutely amazing! We loved how close the beach was to the property, as well as, restaurants and fun activities. The property was well maintained and made us feel right as home! The stay was very comfortable for the 5 nights we stayed. We enjoyed the pool as well! 10/10
