Charming1/bedroom apartment w/gym, pool ,minutes from Clearwater Beach!

Excellent location 12 minutes to Clearwater beachs and down town shops. Beautiful pool Very clean and open layout was great, bed was very comfortable. Host was excellent very responsive and helpful. tvs could be smarter. Looking forward to next years stay.

Quiet condo on the second floor in the middle of the city of Clearwater,FL. Renting ( my husband and I) it now for the 4th year. Feels just like a home.

Beautiful property, the condo spaces were very clean and well kept, it was updated and felt very comfy. The pool was large and beautiful and well maintained. It was very central in clear water making everything’s easy to access. The beach was only 14 minutes away. Didn’t make it to the gym to see it, but the club house was very nice with a whole kitchen and space to hangout. Overall the stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend and stay again! Plus the price couldn’t be beat!! The only complaint I have is, the book in the room says check out at 11, but a cleaning lady showed up at 10 trying to rush us out said she was scheduled to clean at 10 and made us feel rushed to get out even though according to the book it said checkout time was 11. Otherwise, nothing there to complain about!!

Very satisfied with the condo. You will find everything you need. The bed was very comfortable, no complaints. The location is ideal with easy access to shopping, restaurants and only minutes to Clearwater Beach. Thank you Edith for a lovely week of leisure.

We had a great 5-night stay here with our two kids. The property is very well maintained, and the pool was a highlight for our family. It's conveniently located just a short drive to many beautiful beaches. The condo had everything we needed — TV, kitchen utensils, and cookware. The pullout couch worked perfectly for our kids. The only downside for us was the main bed, which was not very comfortable. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this property!

I loved staying here. The condo was so nice and the pool was as well. The only con is that you have to drive (10min) to the beach. The area that it is located in is convenient though with grocery store across the street.

Quiet place with great protected balconies from the sun were the best. Also nicely equipped kitchen a quiet bedroom.

We needed a location near the aquarium so this worked well. Love the proximity to things in the area and to the community pool.

A centrally located place that was about 15 minutes to the beach. Liked having access to beach chairs and towels. Quiet Had a great stay.

The condo was very comfortable. The location was great with number of beaches just a short drive. Poolside was fun. We met a number of people who have repeatedly stayed in Avalon Clearwater condos.
