Charming Villa Just Steps to Beach & Shared Pool w/Central AC, Private WD, WiFi

Loved this property. Well-appointed and in a great location for everything. Right across from the beach which was busy but never overcrowded. Restaurants on the resort are wonderful and grocery/convenience stores nearby. Romm for all of us and VERY clean.

Had a very bad experience here. German cockroaches were living under the oven. We discovered this the first night there. I spent the night on the phone with Vacasa. I can agree, they tell you what you want to hear. I was told they would come the next morning to help even though I wanted to leave. No one contacted me the next day though. I contacted them. Someone came into my condo while I was not there and sprayed for cockroaches. Both things were unsettling. It smelled horrible, like chemicals. That night, the second night, a 2-1/2 inch cockroach of another kind showed up. Again I called Vacasa and told them I was leaving. We did everything as to the rules for checking out. Cleaning up, towels in washer, put the trash out. We left shortly before midnight and checked into a local hotel. After the trip, I called Vacasa, they refused to help. We had checked in on a Monday and were to check out on Saturday. We were there for Monday and Tuesday. I was rebated one day and one day’s cleaning fees as far as I can tell. I wanted to be refunded Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, plus the whole cleaning fees for the week being that there were bugs and I find that not at all clean. Every person I talked to gave me a run around and denied that they would refund any money. Essentially the owner has enjoyed my payment for days I didn’t stay and cleaning fees for a dirty condo with bugs. I left for fear they would get in my belongings and I would bring them back to my home. I do not recommend

Thank you for our wonderful stay! The location was absolutely beautiful. We loved having the beach access so close by. Everything was a short drive away. My son loved your suggestion about the shark tooth, he was able to find one during our trip.

I’ve already contacted you about this day. I had requested a late check out prior to making my reservation and after it was accepted, I assumed that my late would be honored. I have a conference that I was attending that didn’t end till noon and needed a 1230 check out. I also had a Pet with me actually a service animal. And I needed to leave them in the room during the conference. I contacted the local Vacasa team to make sure that they knew about the late checkout, that’s when I was contacted by their support who argued with me, miscommunicated with me, lied about contacting you directly, and also the person texting me told me that you could contact their general manager, who is actually the person who was texting me. It was all very odd. I actually had to leave the conference early because they did not give me a late check out and I had nothing I could do with my dog. I will be seeking a full reimbursement my day yesterday was ruined and I had to leave the conference early.

Very nice place and very clean

we enjoyed our stay in this villa! it was nice having the Omni close by to go grab a coffee in the morning. It was also nice to have beach access.

They have everything you need for an amazing trip with the whole family. Just GORGEOUS!!!

Confusion between verbo Amelia island realty and vacasa initially no record of my three payments ?creating a lot of stress for me . I was told I had to prove I had paid ? Mold musty smell had to empty dehumidifier every four hours because I am allergic to mold please respond my comments thank you

Great proximity to beach. Great property. Pool was nice. Exactly as described. Sent a couple emails to property management company about two issues (dehumidifier and patio door latch) and never heard back. Also about a package that was accidentally left in the unit, also never heard back.

The property location is great. Literally a 2 min walk to the beach. The condo was lacking though, in serious need of some updates or refresh. However, the beds and linen were very comfortable.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location to beach and marketplace!
