Stayed Dec 28, 2023My family and I came into town for the Night of Lights in St. Augustine. This quaint condo is perfectly situated about 18 minutes away from the noise and crowds which was great to come home to a quiet and serene area. The facilities are great and you’re a walk away from the beach! Highly recommend!

Stayed Aug 3, 2023It was a beautiful property and easy walk to pool and beach. We did have some issues such as the shower pan in the second bathroom was cracked. It would leak to kitchen downstairs thru can light so we could not use the bathroom. The plumber came to see if he could fix it but had to wait until we checked out. Dishwasher was broken, upon arrival but the property management informed us of that problem right when we checked in. Other minor issues but the management was very good and quick to respond and try to fix what they could. All in all we enjoyed the condo even though there were issues. They did refund us half of our money which we were grateful for.
