Charming, Top loc. near everything - 210

Property nicely laid out and very comfortable for 4 people. Only issue was the internet could come in and out. Close to shops etc and easy access if younhave a car.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elliot's condo. Elliot contacted us upon check-in to say hello and to let him know if there was anything we needed. He was a great host.

Host was very welcoming and prompt with any communication. Location was ideal. Accommodations were very comfortable.

The host was great before, during and after! The condo was well taken care of and the over-all atmosphere was fantastic!

Pool wonderful. Hot tub not working. Host had pool noodle for us. Convenient to get fo beach and shopping. Host very quick to respond. Could of been a little cleaner but Host was very accommodating in our thoughts of improvements. Washer and dryer in unit. Kitchen fully supplied. Nice walking path around property. Nice patio. Would return

The location was close to pool and restaurant, which is very nice. Plenty of space for 2 people, giving us each our own bathroom. We had some questions and Elliot was very helpful in working with us, and he is a great host.

The unit was very clean, but could use some updates. The pool wasn’t huge and could use more chairs. The host was very responsive. Overall the location was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Condo is located in a classic Naples resort. Check-in was easy and everyone was very friendly. You can't beat the location as it is close and centralized to pretty much everything. The resort has great amenities for families or just adults including a heated pool and on-site restaurant and lounge. The host, Elliot, was very attentive and called shortly after check in to make sure that we were comfortable and had everything that we needed. We will definitely be staying here again on future trips to Naples!

Second time we've stayed here. First time in November 2023 for Dad's 90th. birthday. This time was for Dad's passing away and us 'Closing A Chapter' of our lives. This condo was a haven for exhausting days of everything that has to be done in closing and estate. Such a blessing to be able to come in and just relax and get the world off our shoulders for a few hours. Thank you Eliott for another wonderful stay.

We loved our stay at Park Shore! Elliot called us within minutes of our arrival to see if everything in the condo was ok, if we needed anything, or if we had any questions about the area. The location was great! We could walk to Hogfish Harry’s and we highly recommend this restaurant! First Watch, Publix and many other stores/businesses were within walking distance as well. The resort was clean and very well maintained and the view from the lanai was beautiful! Will definitely stay here again when we vacation in Naples!

We love this place and the host, Elliot. This is in the best location to the zoo, boat rides, Tommy Bahama restaurant, many great restaurants, beach. And Elliot is such a considerate host. There was work in our “favorite condo” in that complex and he called me and moved us to another unit due to possible noise. He is always very responsive if you have a question or issue. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Naples.

Property clean and accessible to restaurants and shopping but best if you have transportation available. Nice pool area and friendly staff
