Charming Santa Fe Condo

Great!

Good location for the price, easy parking. We LOVED the covered porch at the back! The condo was adequate but lacked a few amenities. We had to go shopping for soap and washcloths for the shower (although there were lots of fluffy bath towels) and a few other necessities. There was a lack of space in the closets for hanging clothes (closet stuffed with pillows and blankets, vacuum, and ironing board) and no luggage racks for the bedrooms. Just one tiny chair. Check in/out was simple and efficient. Great internet, and lots of choices on the tv, although the setup seemed overly complicated. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if these few things were addressed.

We had a very pleasant stay. The place was neat, clean, and comfortable, and the location was great - everything we needed was within a 5–10 minute drive. The neighborhood was lovely and quiet, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The host was responsive and easy to communicate with. There were very minor issues, but nothing that impacted our stay in any way. Overall, a great experience and we would be happy to stay here again.

My family love the condo. It was clean and beautiful. If you are looking for a quiet place where you can relax this is the place. I loved all the amenities that were provided. Jeff was a wonderful host. He responded to my question immediately. Thank you, Jeff for letting us stay in your place.

This condo was exactly as presented. Location is the easy/quick access to Santa Fe, Taos, Bandelier, Museum Hill, etc. Beds are comfortable, half bath off the main Bedroom is handy, kitchen is well stocked, and outdoor space/deck is super comfortable with nice morning views. We will stay here again if we have opportunity

I lived in Santa Fe for many years and I can confidently say this condo is inan excellent location! It was a 6 minute drive to every area we enjoy visiting downtown. Only 15 minutes to the airport, too! The condo was designed to support a quiet sleep by putting the bedrooms on the opposite end of the balcony which faces the highway. The place was decorated tastefully and had everything we needed. The price was more than reasonable for the space. Highly recommended! Kind hosts and good communication.

We arrived at the property and it had not been turned over yet. Contacted the property manager and they got the cleaning crew out quickly and did a quick turn over on the condo. The condo is ok with a very nice balcony and furniture setup we enjoyed during our stay. The inside could use a bit of updating and some minor repairs, but it was good overall. The location worked well for getting around Santa Fe and the surrounding areas. We visited many national parks and areas in northern New Mexico during our stay and this was a great location to launch from. Being so close to the main highway made trips easy and there was not a lot of road noise. It was also quite close to downtown, so trips into town were short.

Great place for our family. Easy to get to ski area. Only suggestion would be providing soap for shower.

Our 5 night stay at the Greg Ave condo in Santa Fe was excellent. The location was perfect, the place was clean, and the owner was attentive and a pleasure to deal with. I would stay here again without hesitation. One thing to note: this unit is in building A on the third floor. During our stay, the elevator for this building was out of order which made for a minor inconvenience. Nevertheless, I would stay here again.

This was a beautiful property. The deck is huge and fairly private. Beds are comfortable. Very quiet too Never heard another perspn.

We've stayed in a few short-term rentals in the area and this was among the best for comfort and location. The communication with the owner was quick and clear and friendly. We'll definitely stay here again!
