Santa Fe, New Mexico
Our 2-bed, 2-bath condo in Santa Fe's historic South Capitol district is located in a small 5-unit condominium complex on a lovely tree lined street. This unit is a split-level floor plan with one bedroom up and one down so perfect for two couples. Both bedrooms have their own full bathroom as well. This residential neighborhood is walking distance (or a very short drive) to most Santa Fe attractions, yet quietly tucked away! Less than one mile—and an easy walk—to The Plaza, Canyon Road galleries, and The Railyard arts district. Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s are also less than a mile away should you choose to cook at home and dine al fresco on the lovely, private walled courtyard patio. The condo has been tastefully decorated in a cozy yet clean and contemporary style. Built in 1983 and constructed with all the adobe charm — beamed viga ceilings, brick floors, Kiva fireplace and more. The living room is bathed in natural light from the floor to ceiling windows. Two designated parking spaces are provided and there's central air conditioning/heat for your comfort. This fantastic condo is our home-away-from-home (therefore it's stocked with most necessary kitchen essentials) and we are happy to share it with you. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do! **SF STR permit 18-00152749**
Rob's condo was the perfect place for my daughter and me to spend the solstice/Christmas holiday. The condo was as exactly described, and we could have easily cooked all our meals in the well equipped kitchen (including sharp knives - always a plus in a rental). The beds were comfortable, we never ran out of hot water, and there was ample room to spread out. It was unfortunate that the fireplace was out of commission during our stay, although the candles in the fireplace provided a nice glow. The condo is located in a quiet neighborhood that is an easy walk to the plaza and other attractions. No complaints!
We absolutely loved our stay here. The townhouse was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. The location was perfect allowing for easy walks to the plaza, museums, grocery stores and so much more. We will definitely stay here again if we had the opportunity to visit Santa Fe in the future.
A lovely condo! Charming, beautifully appointed, convenient (walking distance in fact) to everything ... it had everything we needed for a fantastic family trip to Santa Fe - we would definitely stay here again!

Nicely decorated condo. Owner is responsive via text. Convenient to walk to the plaza and farmerโs market and Canyon Road galleries, about a mile. Quick drive to shopping and restaurants. Off street parking, wood burning kiva and nice patio. My wife thought it funny that the bathrooms were either upstairs or downstairs from the main living area.
The property was perfect. We were here to ski for a couple days. The location was an easy drive to the mountain and close to the Plaza and all that it has to offer when visiting this beautiful city. We would definitely stay here again.
Terrific location, easy access to downtown, hiking, restaurants and great bead shop. Comfortable accommodations. I would stay there again.
We had such a wonderful time in this condo. We had fires going at night, the kids made little snowmen in the outside courtyard and we cooked our meals in the cute little kitchen. There were plenty of towels and the whole place was very clean and tidy. The owners had even put out a little welcoming basket upon our arrival. We would come back to this place again for sure. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay close to town.
We really enjoyed the layout of the unit. It was perfect for 2 couples! It was cozy and inviting. The location was perfect- we walked to the rail yard, downtown and other hot spots! I would love to stay here again and would recommend it to anyone. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. Plenty of sheets, towels, blankets etc.
I had a girls get-away last weekend to New Mexico and stayed in this adorable condo. It's very spacious with one bedroom upstairs and one downstairs...both with full bathrooms. It was beautifully and comfortably decorated. The location was great. We walked to most of our destinations, even with chilly rainy weather. Rob was fantastic to communicate with. He was very responsive and gave us great recommendations during our visit. I would 100% stay here again when visiting Santa Fe. Hot spots for us during this visit: Radish and Rye, Gruet Tasting Room, La Choza and Meow Wolf. Thanks Rob!
