Charming Historic Condo - Walk to Downtown & UW

Cozy and comfortable. Our house was right across the street from the reception we were attending. Property had parking. Such a unique part of Laramie and easy to get to all attractions.

Love the location. Units were very cute and had a lot of charm. Spacious enough for guest to be comfortable. I rented both units to have enough space for our family but to still have separate spaces for privacy and quiet. They both worked out very well.

Cozy space with everything you need! Great place to use as a home base and go exploring the sites nearby. So much to see and do and it was great coming in and relaxing in this cozy environment for the evening.

This is a very special place. Eveerything was wonderful.

Amazing home in a great location!!

Our stay at this Condo was really nice. Walking distance to just about everything we wanted to see and so while in Laramie. Instructions to get in were easy, loved the easy to use keypad so we didn't have to worry about a key. Comfortable chairs and couch and beds and a washer/dryer so we are going home with clean clothes. We left a pair of shoes behind by accident and the host called and texted us, almost immediately after departure, so it was easy to circle back and get them. Easy off street parking and an outdoor table with a canopy and flowers for eating, reading outdoors. If we come back to Laramie, we will look for this historic condo again. Loved being able to read about the history of the building too.

Great spot for my family of 6 to stay during our Snowy Range ski trip. Good communication from host and easy check-in & check-out. We went with another family of 6 and they stayed in the other unit, which worked really well.

This was the 3rd time we have stayed at this property. The location is perfect with easy access to downtown, the University and skiing at Snowy Range. We heavily utilize kitchens during our stays and this one was outfitted with everything we needed to prepare our at home meals. Joyce is an impeccable host. We had an issue we needed to reach out about during this trip and she was so responsive and got the issue taken care of ASAP. I'd highly recommend a stay in this historical property.

Great house for our family of 6, close to Snowy Range ski resort (about 45 minutes). The house had all amenities, great location too.

Our family (including an infant) stayed at the property for 4 nights. Joyce was an excellent host and exceeded our expectations. The property is centrally located and has everything one would need (including a washer and dryer). The next time we are in Laramie I hope this property is available.

If you want to be able to walk to the UW campus and into town, (which we did) the location of the property was perfect. If you like historic buildings, then you will also enjoy that aspect of this property. For us, it was too over crowded with furniture and there was not enough natural light. But the managers of the property could not be nicer and with proceeds from the rent going to help support the Laramie Plains Museum right across the street, we were happy to have stayed here.

This apartment was fantastic. Very clean and nicely furnished. Enjoyed that the kitchen had everything we needed - including sugar and condiments. The location was great. In addition the information provided for checkin and checkout was very clear and accurate. Would definitely book again and recommend to others

We liked this property so much, we booked it again. Great location. Turtle Rock cafe is a short walk away. Very quiet and comfortable.

This location was perfect for us while in Laramie for four days. Used the kitchen and ate outside in the gazebo to enjoy the beautiful summer temps. Good home base to do some sight-seeing.

We attended a wedding in Cheyenne for our nephew and his wife. They live in Laramie. Reception was right across from the rental and worked perfectly. We also hiked at Medicine Bow (49 miles away) and after ate at vegetarian restaurant, Sweet Melissa’s in downtown Laramie. We walked downtown from rental numerous times for food, coffee, drinks and shopping. Great stay in Laramie! Rental was clean, comfortable and handy!
