The Space:

Crystal Sands 310A has a lovely tropical feel with a wonderful Gulf front view from a private balcony. The living area offers nicely appointed furnishings with a sofa, two microfiber chairs, marble top tables, and tiled floors. The master bedroom displays a cozy casual Floridian décor, a king bed, and carpeted floors. After a relaxing day at the beach, you will find everything you need to make a home-cooked meal in thefully-equipped kitchen. You will also enjoy the benefit of having a stackable washer and dryer in the condo. The dining table seats six and there are two bar stools for plenty of seating. The loft bedroom upstairs has a comfortable queen-size bed, carpeted floors, and access to a private bathroom with a shower/tub combo and vanity.

*POOL: Building A's pool is currently under construction and is projected to be completed by July 2025. Guests are able to use building B's pool next door.*

1st time on Crystal Beach. Great location and great condo. Condo was exactly as pictures showed and very clean. Will come back.

Great view and nice comfortable environment. Need grab bars in tub for us older ones.
