Charming Beachfront Condo! 2BR

We enjoyed our stay in Beachfront Charming condo. Located right on the beach but also close to Safeway and other shopping and restaurants. Great communication with the owner. Kitchen well equipped with all the necessities.

Ck out instructions for a unit that charges out cleaning & represents sanitizing the unit. Our sheets felt sticking & had body odor, the floors had a film of street dirt that Indicated that the unit was cleaned prior to our ck in. I do not recommend staying at unit that is not properly cleaned & sanitized for safe conditions for guest. Check-Out Instructions from owner. 2. Start a load of laundry in the washer with any dirty sheets/towels you have used. Put it on Quick Wash. 3. Make sure you don’t have any dirty dishes remaining.

Great Location.

My family had a great stay! David provided instant replies and excellent communication throughout. The location was perfect -- right across the street from a Safeway and restaurants, too. The pool and ping-pong table were nice amenities. And the kitchen was well-stocked with a blender, coffee maker and more.

The location was very good, close to grocery stores. The ocean view was wonderful that we could see whales in the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped. Some of frying pans were peeling off badly. It would have been better if those were not there. The room's floor was not clean. I wish there was a mop in the room so that we could clean. Towel rack in our bathroom was broken. Communication with the host was very quick and smooth. Overall, it was good.

The unit is well equipped. There are beach chairs and equipment supplied. The view is incredible. The elevator is nice for seniors. We're planning to return in a year or two. Qing Qing and Dave are great hosts. Highly recommended. Thanks for a great time. Wilf and Karen.

Great central location, easy drive to Princeville and Poipu area. Beautiful ocean view from the patio, convenient to Ross and Safeway which is across the street! Condo pretty equipped and we were able to cook some meals!

Clean and comfortable condo in a great location! Condo was just as described and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the view of the ocean from the Lani.

Wonderful place to stay. Had dishwasher detergent, laundry detergents, all shower supplies. Closet with beach chairs, umbrella, even a cooler(we didn't use but there were ice packs in freezer for it) really easy to find, great place to stay to be able to go north and south. Everything was clean and in good condition. Beach was nice sand, a little steep for little children to play in water. We traveled in October, not sure what beach looks like in summer. Close to stores and lots of food options.

Great location for exploring island. Easy access to grocery store, restaurants, etc. The A/C went wonky on us but owner was quick to address and was easy to communicate with.Gorgeous sunrises. and adjacent to walking/biking paths.Price is hard to beat for 2 bedrms and 1-1/2 baths. Suited us perfectly! Thanks David!

Nice place. Enjoyed the balcony.

Had everything we needed — clean rooms, comfortable beds, full kitchen, AC and elevator. The view was amazing and the property was quiet…no party people, mostly families. It literally took 1 minute to walk to the beach where there were longest chairs and a small protected bay where kids could play in the water. The location was convenient — Safeway and Ross are across the street and the Coconut Marketplace is a short drive. Dave, the property owner, was very responsive when we couldn’t get the AC to work. It was fixed right away by the property manager. We would stay here again and highly recommend!

Great location right on the water!

We loved our stay at our beach getaway. The location was centralized to each of our adventures on Kauai. Watching the sunrise each morning over the ocean was a wonderful treat. They had everything you can need to make a meal or go to the beach. The condo is so comfortable and a wonderful place to stay. There are plenty of places to eat nearby too! We will be back.

Had a great time in the condo. It lived up to the pictures. It was clean, well stocked, the a/c worked when needed, and we had no noise issues from neighbors. The beds were really comfortable. We enjoyed them so much we came back home and bought the same mattress. The only issues we had was the one TV in the unit didn't work and the beach directly in front of the complex isn't swimmable (we didn't feel comfortable swimming there and didn't see anyone else in the water). The TV wasn't a big issue for us since we didn't go to Kauai to watch TV.

We enjoyed every moment from the views of the Kauai sunrise, beach steps away, and halfway point to the southside and northside of the island, approx 30 minutes each way. Great communication with the host. Definitely coming back.

Is a little hard to find it, but eventually we found it. This place is right at the beach! We had balcony view which is what I love about this place. The price was very affordable compared to the other options. This place had everything you need to make yourself comfortable. I love that the kitchen had all the basics and loved that we had a washer and dryer! Loved that it had 2 bathrooms and plenty of living room space! I do have to mentions that the coffee maker wasn’t working, which I did mentioned to David as a feedback. I stayed in room 207 for reference. Overall my family enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to go back! Don’t hesitate, book this place!

Nice place, beautiful view. Wonderful beach.

The condo was perfect for what we needed. It was clean, had a lovely patio where we ate, and is conveniently located walking distance from the beach, as well as lots of food options. It’s also conveniently located on the island. We were able to drive up to Hanalei Bay and down to Poipu Beach on different days, without spending too much time in the car (which was a blessing with a little one). We also enjoyed some really beautiful local hikes! The host was very clear and communicative. I would definitely recommend this day.

This property had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Even had beach chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. Location is central to lots of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend for your stay in Kauai!

You won’t be disappointed! Has a small issue but the landlord daughter took care immediately!! Easy checkin/Out, centrally located to beaches, excursions, shopping and restaurants. Look foward to visiting again! Thank you!
