House rules
• NO SMOKING in the unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
• Quiet hours are observed from 9 pm-8 am. Violators will be charged a $200 fine.
• Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots.
• Traveler must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation.
• State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
• Local resident restrictions apply. Guests residing within a 100-mile radius are required to contact the host before booking.
• House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Violators will be charged a $500 fine
• Pets are not allowed. Violation of our pet policy may result in $500 plus cleaning expenses. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
• For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking.

    We stayed for 5 nights. The condo was nice and big. Lots of privacy for all. You will need to bring your own USB wall plugs. Walgreens is near the trolley line if you need supplies and the trolley is just a few blocks away. The host had quick response times to my questions.

    Nice and spacious as indicated. I wouls recommend to others but this is street parking which I was unaware of before.

    The condo was a very good size, but other tenants were extremely noisy. The upstairs tenants threw their luggage down the steps when leaving. The tenants that came in below us partied outside so loudly that I had to call the property managers. They finally moved inside but continued their loud party u til after 3 a.m. I would not recommend this property for families with young children.

    We love Nola and spent a lot of time getting to know the city. We have stayed in lots of areas from hotels to vrbos. This place was absolutely perfect for a family of 5 and 3 teenagers.

    Very nice property, cozy, roomy, comfortable. Quiet street, nice breakfast/brunch restaurant 2 doors down, close to everything! Definitely will be staying here again!
