Fantastic location, walking distance to many restaurants and activities. Hala was amazing to work with and responded immediately. Easy check in. Place was spotless - and we are sticklers for cleanliness. We are hoping to stay again in the future. No coffee maker but that turned out to be a plus because there was a french press and I forgot how could coffee could be with a french press!! Kitchen was easy to find everything. i could go on and on - it just was perfect.

I don't know how to start this review so I'm just going to stick to facts that are backed up by photos, videos & messages in regards to this property. Prior to renting, we were familiar with the area so have nothing bad to say about it or the amenities at Island Village - we knew what we were getting into & didn't have expectations of a stay at The Ritz. That being said, the unit itself was beyond filthy- I'll just highlight a few things. Both bathrooms were heavily soiled- toilets were heavily grimed with dust, hair & debris along with dried fecal matter in the bowls.The shower was newer & relatively clean. The kitchen had crumbs & debris on the countertops, stove, in the fridge & sink. The fridge had a foul smell. The sink had a thick layer of grime & mold along with dirty dishes in it. The dishwasher heavily smelled of mold & had dirty dishes in it. We didn't use the dishes due to petrified food particles. Numerous personal items were out throughout the condo. The washing machine had mold on inside rim & door, it smelled heavily of mold/mildew. There were not any sheets on the beds & mattress pads had large yellow/brown stains which owner claimed were from a heating pad- we knew better. This was a last minute reservation as our initial VRBO had been fumigated & was non-habitable. We ended up cleaning the condo ourselves & purchased items so we could stay- only because there were no other rentals available as it was right before Easter. There's more...but do NOT recommend!
