Stayed Jul 10, 2021The condo is in excellent condition, very clean and stocked well. We had a very comfortable stay in there and recommend it for all travelers.

Stayed Jul 21, 2021This property is a very nice, centrally located apartment in Seward. We arrived at 7:15pm and was met by Steven, the property manager. He showed us through each room of the apartment and answered all our questions. The apartment looks to be recently remodeled as it is very clean and well taken care of. Also very quiet; there are quiet hours from 10pm-7:30am (no laundry, showers or loud television). From this property, we walked 1/4 mile to two nearby hikes: Two Lake Trail (easy) and Mt. Marathon (strenuous). We also walked to Sunny Cove Adventures for a sea kayaking excursion on Resurrection Bay. Also, a Safeway grocery store is just a 5 minute drive away. Very nice and convenient location.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024Close to everything! Walking distance so you do not have to drive and pay for parking. Quiet backyard and very clean and neat home. Could use a chair and ottoman in place of bistro chairs in the living room. Also had the smoke alarm go off even though we had the vent going and had to open a window. But we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there!
