Stayed Feb 7, 2025House was well apportioned and met needs. Nice Living Room and TV entertainment. Could use new pillows and updated bedding. Did well with clearing snow except for parking spaces. Bus stop was walkable but not easily with skis. Opted to drive to the resort instead.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Initially the unit seemed great! It was a great location in Fraser close to winter park and the grocery stores. Sat on top of a hill away from everything but that is about where it stops. First day there was no hot water and the heat didn’t seem to be working. Found a note that stated sometimes the hot water heater turns off and you need to reset. Had to call contact to get the code in order to reset. Had to wait until the next day to get hot water. Upon arrival there was no extra paper towels and an empty roll on the holder. Some of the sheets on the bunk beds had food crumbs in them. (We needed the extra blanket off this as it was so cold night one). All of the lights are super dim that you couldn’t even tell you turned it off in the bedroom area. Lamps were definitely needed to be used. There was one roll of toilet paper left for us with nothing more that we had to buy our own. We were instructed to wash all of our dishes and put them away before we left which didn’t bother us as that is normal at our house but no sponge, no dishwasher soap to be used anywhere. Lastly, on three occasions we would set something down on our nightstands and blow a breaker. Example would be I set my wallet down and tripped the breaker. If you need a place to crash with a little work to be done this place is great but I didn’t think paying for cleaning supplies and having to do handy work to get basic necessities should have been required in the payment of this place.
