This centrally located 2-bedroom condo is just 3 blocks from 5th Avenue and 4 blocks from the beach, making it easy to walk everywhere while enjoying a convenient, vibrant neighborhood.

It is a Superhost property with prompt, friendly support throughout your stay. The building is secure and quiet, featuring a large central courtyard pool, a separate children’s pool, and lounge chairs for relaxing in the sun.

Your group will have exclusive access to a private rooftop, ideal for sunbathing during the day and enjoying evenings under the stars.

The condo has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a king bed and a large cúpula with a high ceiling, creating a bright and spacious feel. The second bedroom has two individual beds. Both bedrooms have air conditioning and their own bathroom. The living room also has air conditioning, a Smart TV, and fast Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove and oven, and there are multiple balconies for fresh breezes.

For added convenience, there is a washing machine in the unit and a rooftop drying rack for eco-friendly air drying.

Please note that electricity is expensive in Mexico. Kindly avoid leaving the air conditioning on when you are not in the unit, as excessive or careless use may result in an additional charge. Monthly guests are responsible for 100% of electricity costs (at 7 pesos per kWh) and a larger refundable deposit is required to cover these expenses.

From this location, everything you need is within walking distance. If you do you have a car, you can use the assigned parking space. Taxi's are easy to get from this central location by walking one block to the main street.

    First impressions are everything. Upon arrival we received a welcome letter from Jacqueline of Las Flores Properties checking to ensure that everything was satisfactory. I replied with a list of four minor irritants. Jacqueline replied immediately and promised that my concerns would be corrected within 24 hours. She was true to her word. The property is extremely well maintained. The pool is heated, which I'd say is exceptional for the region. The pool is large and in the center of the courtyard. The courtyard provides both sun & shade. If you want sun you will have it. If you need shade you can find it. The condo came supplied with many basics that we presumed we'd have to buy on our first day. Surprise, there was toilet paper in each washroom. Paper towels and garbage bags in the kitchen. Along with coffee filters, basic spices and bottled water. Jacqueline stayed in contact with us to ensure that our stay was going well. In my opinion Las Flores Properties is the best property management company in PDC

    My family, including an 8-year old child, loved this condo, especially due to the swimming pool and location being close to supermarket, restaurants. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the beach and 7 minutes from the Ave 5th. Nice updated condo.

    This building is central to everything and the space is bar none in the centro area. The pool was clean and our weekend stay here was great overall.
