Stayed Apr 28, 2025Great property! Had everything we needed in the condo. We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning having coffee and at night watching the sun go down. Would highly recommend anyone that is looking for a nice relaxing beach vacation.

Stayed Nov 14, 2024This property is clean, quiet and cute as a button! The views of the ocean (well - gulf) are spectacular and sitting out on the balcony was relaxing (I recommend the rocking Muskoka/Adirondack chair). The balcony is sheltered from the wind which makes it the perfect outdoor space. The master bed was super comfy as were the living room sofas. It was thoughtfully decorated (it matters!) and the kitchen spacious and full of everything you'd need. The property managers were quickly responsive. The pool was warm and large with lots of lounges on the deck. We loved it here and would stay here again.

Stayed Jun 2, 2024We absolutely loved our stay!! The place was beautiful, very clean and loved the hard wood throughout the room! It had a gorgeous view towards the ocean. We loved how private the beach was it was not so busy. We loved the big kitchen with all the necessities we needed for our stay. We definatley would recommend to anyone to stay.

Stayed Apr 17, 2024This condo has beautiful furnishings and is very clean! The kitchen has all the utensils, small appliances, cookware & tableware you will need. The furniture on the balcony is very comfortable. We spent most of our time on the beach and pleased to find a closet full of beach chairs, umbrellas & toys.

Stayed Mar 31, 2024The condo was clean and spacious and had all the needed items to enjoy cooking dinners in for the family. The location of the condo was perfect and peaceful but close enough to catch a trolly or take a short drive to the action in Clearwater Beach main area. Having only 2 FOBs to access the pool and beach and indoor weight room or hot tub for 6 different people was challenging sometimes but we made it work - and had a wonderful week overall.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969CBC at Sand Key is a great place. Well appointed condo and quite beach yet close enough to Clearwater Beach activity north and other areas south. Can't wait to visit again next year!
