    We very much enjoyed our stay at the Desert Princess. The condo was exactly as advertised, very clean, and well stocked. Our host communicated very well and was timely. They were very flexible with us, which was very helpful when our flight was delayed.The beds were firm, but comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything that we needed and the barbecue was gas and was attached by a pipe to the house (which we didn’t realize right away). The pool and hot tub are steps away from the unit. The fitness center, tennis courts and bocce court were just across the way from the condo and easily accessible. We were two couples who shared the unit and everyone said they would love to stay

    This stay was perfect! It was me, my husband and adult son. There are two King bed rooms, one ensuite and one with a different bathroom. It was close to stores, restaurants, etc. And really close to the airport, which was handy for our early morning departure. We will definitely stay here again!

    This property has an excellent location, backing to beautiful Princess Country Club. The weather was so good and we just wanted to stay in the unit feeling so relaxed with view of the green. We certainly will plan to come back end of this year or early next year.

    This is a great little condo poised between Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs, so close to everything! Well maintained and clean with all cooking things you would need.Easy access thru gated community posts with Security, so nice and safe!

    My son and I just returned from a 2 week stay at a condo located at the Desert Princess gated community in Cathedral City California. Our stay couldn't have been better as David (host) was gracious and accommodating. The condo was clean and in a great location for our daily routine.

    We had family coming into to town. This condo was managed by David Guerra and he was amazing with contacting us right away when we had questions. I so appreciated the kitchen with everything you don't think of needing (small scissors, ziplock bags, dish towels...). The condo was in the perfect location close to Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert! Location of condo is close to a pool and many amenities! Loved this location and condo./!!!

    We stayed there for 3 nights.Overall everything was good except we couldn't enjoy the pool because of the dirt and dry leaves in the pool from the sand storm.
