If you spend any time indoors, you’ll find yourself indulging in a castle away from home, relaxing in a spacious living area with a full media entertainment center, a cozy fireplace, sunny dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen.

Head home from your adventures to a shower room and laundry facilities with convenient access to a single-car garage. You’ll soon be relaxing with a cool drink on your private patio. While dinner sizzles on the BBQ, feast your eyes on the color contrasts between the red rocks, lush green grass and restful hues of the shady pond at the golf course. Every room offers a different angle from which to view your spectacular surroundings!

No pets are allowed in this unit. If you’d like to bring a pet with you, please inquire about Moab Lodging Vacation Rentals' wide variety of pet-friendly options.

Cancellations will result in a minimum $45 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival carry up to a 50% cancellation fee, and cancellations within 2 days of arrival carry up to a 100% cancellation fee. There are no refunds given for inclement weather, flooding, natural disasters, loss of power, etc that are beyond human control. All efforts will be made to keep you comfortable; if we need to move you to another location, we will do so if possible, given availability.

Castillo De Las Rocas Properties have access to a seasonal shared pool. It is controlled and operated by the Homeowner Association. While there are specific dates that they are scheduled to be ‘open’ there can be closures caused by inclement weather and/or equipment failure. Such closures are completely out of the control of Moab Lodging and Property Management. No refunds are given because of an inability to access swimming pool or hot tub facilities.

    Easy check-in and check-out. Clean. Lots of space for a 3-2. Great balcony and back patio. Friendly and responsive property management folks. Some fixtures are old, finicky, and need replacing (e.g., water faucets, vertical/panel track blinds). Would stay here again.

    We had issues with privacy in the main floor bedroom as the room had a sliding glass door but a good number of the vinyl hanging slats were missing so it was exposed to the outside view. The heat was a problem as the air conditioner did not work properly so the town house stayed at 75. We were in town for a wedding and our adult children and their significant others got no sleep as they were just too hot. The space was ample and clean but it was not a fun night for the family.

    Great views, upper and lower decks that have great views to look at in the evening. Great pool! It felt great after hiking all day. It was a little dirty but everything can't be perfect. Great location, away from the busyness but close enough.

    Loved being up by the golf course. Perfect location for hikes up into the red rocks and fantastic views 360 degrees. Loved the gas fireplace for cool nights and the grill on the private back patio. Clean cute condo. Excellent value!

    Would only suggest a new smart TV for easy app viewing access. Would be nice to use the surround sound speakers that are already installed in living room. Couldn’t get the WiFi plug-in device to tv to work and too wore out to contact manager for help since it seemed like it was unlikely to be simple.
