Castaway Key - Oceanfront Condo with Double Balconies & Marina Access

Elevator was broken. Not much hot water in kitchen sink. Bathtub shower needs a little work. Beautiful view of ocean. Very small balconies. Overall a wonderful relaxing trip.

Hosts were fantastic, always checked to make sure things were going well since we were there for so long. They responded promptly when we had any questions. Sunrise views every morning were phenomenal! Only reason I did not give it 5 had nothing to do with our hosts, it was for the size of the complex, the pool and beach were always very busy. It could be hit or miss if you got a chair on the pool deck, beach was much better and the cabanas were great.

We had a fantastic stay! We had everything we needed and the hosts were super easy to get in touch with. This was a perfect location for my family of 4. The views were amazing!!

Great place awesome views

Castaway Key was an amazing property and a great escape for our July 4th get away. The condo was very well equipped, spacious and was in a great location facing the atlantic side of Tavernier. We even utilized the marina which was a short walk from the condo. We will definitely be returning for our next adventure!!

Castaway Key is a lovely condo with beautiful ocean views. It is nicely furnished throughout with plenty of beach towels. A few amenities were missing and some minor maintenance is needed. Jake was very responsive when these were brought to his attention. The pool is great and was never very crowded. The beach is just ok but is typical for that part of the Keys. There are numerous choices for eating and shopping nearby. Overall, we enjoyed our week at Castaway Key.

The property is a hidden jewel in the keys. The rooms are spacious and the whole place is very clean. The amenities are great as well as the service. The view is excellent and one of the best I have had on several trips to the keys. This is one of those places that stays on your mind and you keep coming back to!

First time to Tavernier for a couple’s getaway. The unit was beautifully furnished, great views of the peaceful water and boats anchored off the coast. We could catch both the sun rise and colors of the sunset from the balcony. Great welcome packet with recommendations ranging from groceries to restaurants, all of which were spot on, and made planning outings easy. Neighbors were courteous and quiet. The beach and docks were well maintained and during one walk we saw a manatee sunning in the dock basin. The area of Tavernier had a good vibe and was a fun mix of new vs established businesses as well as parks. We rented e-bikes and explored Key Largo one day and Islamorada the next. Jake and Michelle were excellent communicators and hosts. Would definitely book here again

Missed having the amenities - otherwise very nice

everything was as advertised: - great location between Key Largo & Islamorada - killer views - very clean & well appointed - nice amenities on property - guard gate staff very friendly/helpful property was very quiet Wed-Fri, got a little rowdy Sat & Sun eve of Labor day weekend, mainly coming from guests on patios of bld 5. bld 4, where this unit is located, was quiet/respectful. two very small negatives: - security safe (nice feature) in unit wasn't operational - no ledge or rack in master shower to place soaps, shampoos, etc. otherwise, would happily stay there again if owners will have me.

The property was just as listed. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. All four of us were extremely pleased and would definitely stay again. The view is incredible!
