    Great little apartment in perfect location to down town Moab with modern, clean design! We missed some of the “welcoming” components other hosts have provided such as area specific magazines/brochures, etc. Bring your own board games and coffee grounds.

    Found some long black hairs on the bathroom counter under the hand soap dispenser and a pair of bicycle shorts in the corner of the family room from a prior guest.

    Traveling alone on this trip, this place was perfect. Great location, comfortable! Nice deck, I enjoyed my breakfast out there each morning and enjoyed spending the evening hours out there as well.Bathroom is clean and spacious and functional. Bedroom is a little tight for a king bed, but I didn't mind. Two comments: the A/C units are a tad noisy (but it didn't keep me from sleeping well), and more chicken wire is needed to keep the sparrows from building nests in the rafters: their droppings are everywhere!

    Really, almost everything is great. Quiet neighborhood. Clean rental. Adequate space. One long flight walk-up. Both AC wall units were annoyingly noisy. Suggested they repair/replace them. You could either have it quiet, or you could have it cool, but not both. We were out hiking during the day, left the ACs on to keep it cool, and then opened the windows at night to let the breeze blow through. It's a very nice place.

    Great location. Unit was not that clean. Cabinets, baseboards and corners of floor in need of cleaning. Bathroom sink did not drain. Sliding screen door was broken. Small loveseat dirty and not very comfortable. I have never given this bad of a review. I had no contact with property mgr although I texted her. I will not stay here again.
