This welcoming 2-bedroom condo offers you a place to rest and recharge whether in front of the gas kiva fireplace, cooking your favorite meals in a well equipped kitchen or on the private patio. High speed wireless WiFi helps you stay connected.
The unit comes with an initial supply of paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, shower soap & shampoo to get you through your first 24 hours. We supply trash bags, dish soap and a towel set for each guest as well as complimentary ground coffeeand assorted teas.
We recommend you bring the following:
Preferred tea, coffee, coffee pods for Keurig coffee maker
Cooking spices and Condiments
Preferred laundry and bath soap

ARRIVAL INFORMATION
From Taos, take highway US 64N to NM-150N. In less than 1 mile turn left at La Vida Feliz on Cresta de la Luna Rd. It is a gravel road. Drive straight past the mailboxes. You are on a circular road that surrounds the compound. Our home, Unit 6, is the 3rd unit on your right.
PARKING: Park in parking space “6” right in front of our unit. There are two shared overflow additional unmarked spaces next to our unit space and more throughout the compound.
DO NOT park in any numbered space other than the one assigned to our unit. Vehicles are limited to TWO per unit.
ACCESS INFORMATION
Keyless entry code provided. If you are having difficulty with entry, contact our 24/7 property manager for assistance
House Rules:
This is a NO SMOKING, NO VAPING and NO PET unit.
CHECK IN 4pm.
If you arrive earlier, you may contact the property manager to see if early entry is possible.
CHECK OUT 11:00am.
1. Please ensure all doors and windows are locked. Replace the wooden dowels in the sliding
door tracks in both bedrooms. Close all shades.
2. Please empty all trash prior to your checkout.
3. Please start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes loaded.
4. Please start a load of towels or sheets using laundry soap provided. These two tasks are a key
part of preparing for our next guests and allow us to keep the 11:00 am checkout time.
5. Check all drawers and the hooks on the back of bathroom doors for personal items. Check the washer & dyer too!
6. Turn off all lights, electronics and fireplace

    The condo was immaculate with high end amenities and very tastefully decorated. Wonderful quiet location just 5 miles north of Taos plaza with great views of the mountains and within easy reach of Taos, Arroyo Seco, Gorge bridge, etc. Host and property manager were very polite and responsive. We had a wonderful stay and would not hesitate to recommend wholeheartedly. The only thing is it gets really dark at night so if you’re out and about, lighting up the entry sign to the condo complex would be helpful. Otherwise, you have to rely on GPS to point out the entry off the highway. But that’s for the entire community not just this unit.
