Stayed Aug 9, 2025To try to keep it short, the floors were still pretty dirty upon arrival (we had to sweep), one of the glass lamp shades was broken and very sharp and could have hurt one of the kids if we did not remove it, they left 3 towels for us as a family of 5 and it took them over 2 days to bring more towels, we had to purchase towels for us to use, the toilet was clogged and it took them two days to send a plumber as well, this place was very poorly micromanaged, I never received any kind of phone call back regarding the issues, I am not looking for any money just be aware that this company is NOT ran smoothly and if you have any issues it will be a headache to deal with. Other than that the beach and Destin is amazing. Rent a pontoon and go to Crab Island for the day and play with the Jelly Fish!

Stayed Jun 1, 2025Great property. Thank you! If you are planning on doing a lot of cooking bring your own special knives, pans and cutting board. But all of the basics were covered including a blender. Lots of great towels, comfortable beds and great layout for a couple with one child who plan to mostly be out and about. Love the view down to the water and access to the beach and the Camille’s restaurant just a block away.

Stayed Aug 31, 2024The condo is clean and bright. We thought the decor was lovely and the location to the beach was ideal. The code provided for the pool gate was not accurate and changed throughout the week. Luckily neighbors shared this with us. WiFi location and codes were also inaccurate. We could not use WiFi and the tv’s, which are Roku devices, did not work at times. We also did not know about the beach restrictions where we could set up chairs. None of these were big problems-just lack of communication. that
