Caribbean #403 Direct Gulf Front 1 BR w/ Bunks

Everything was great from start to finish! Communication on instruction’s and check in were very good. Accommodations fit us perfectly.

Our host was awesome and so attentive. Really enjoyed our time at the unit.

Condo fronted a beautiful section of beach in a family friendly area. Loved the low key family friendly atmosphere and pet friendly complex.

This condo was well stocked in the kitchen, well maintained and clean. We had three people plus one dog and was great for a long weekend where proximity to the beach was important to us. The half bath was convenient for the third guest to use outside of needing to shower. Only draw back is that the building was loud while we visited. We visited in a holiday weekend so that may have contributed. The building was very active with lots of dogs. We also had neighbors that enjoyed listening to high volume music, which was audible from the living room. One of our nights we called the security about the music and they were prompt in addressing the issue.

The condo was affordable, clean, and spacious. The manager was quick to respond and easy to work with.

Great location! Dog friendly! Balcony and unobstructed Gulf views. Amenities as presented and the unit was super clean. Lance was very communicative and responsive. It was only two of us and our puppy, so we used the bunk beds as extra laundry/closet work space, but they would be excellent for families with kids.Very satisifed with our stay - so much so that we booked another week next month!

Location - well kept property-

The overall condition of the property was very poor. Our unit, which we thought was going to be so pleasant, was anything but that. The tile floor was not clean, the toilets were not clean, there were not any instructions for the TV's, knowing that there are so many people who come to stay from all different parts of the US, and there are so many different television companies so it was almost impossible to watch any television, and on and on. We are not trying to be unreasonable but this was a very disappointing trip.

The view from the balcony was perfection. Sun rise and sun set. Get place to heal the soul.

The view is fabulous! The beach and pool were so enjoyable! The condo is lovely with higher end finishes (loved the countertops). Everything needed was there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! stsy!ourselces and hope to be back!@

Loved our stay. Room was clean. Location was great. Everything was as it advertised If I had any negative it would be parking. I think each condo should have 1 parking spot in front and over 1 should have to use the overflow across the street. We had to use overflow almost every night

Great getaway place. All a couple or small family could ask for.

All was good. Guests seemed to have all the luggage carts in their rooms at 7:00 a.m. Sept 20th. None were downstairs for us to load our luggage to our car, but that is NOT the Owner's fault.

Hosts were fast to respond and very accommodating. Location was perfect. Condo had all essential items that we needed. Will definitely book again!

A great condo building in a great location. Unit 403 was a very spacious one bedroom directly on the beach- loved our stay there and will be back!!

Great views and very clean

The location and accommodations were great. I was able to bring my dogs, which added to the relaxation of vacation. Communication with the owners was very quick. Highly recommend.
