Perfect location and accept pets - two pluses for us. Also great location that's accessible to the beach and the happenings on the area.

The condo is in a great location, it was perfect for us. We had a problem with the sliding glass door, I called and it was fixed within a couple hours. Very good response! Our only issue was the furniture, the sofa was very soft and cushions were flat, it really should be replaced.

Host was great at taking care of a few little things that we needed assistance for. Location is perfect for pool and beach access. Only thing we truly did not like was the living room furniture is very uncomfortable and low to the ground. I guess if you are under 5ft tall it’s perfect but it’s still very uncomfortable. Other than that we liked the condo .

We loved the Caribbean 204 condo. It was clean, fully stocked, and perfect location right on the beach. Additionally, it was perfect for traveling with a small dog. There is a potty area and waste bags provided. The pool area was clean and had new furniture.

Great place to stay with dogs, hard to find a place in Gulf Shores on the beach that allows dogs!!

We really enjoyed our time here. It was perfect for our needs and loved the close proximity to everything. Would stay again!

This condo was fantastic. I couldn't have asked for a nicer one. Well stocked with essentials, lots of room. The view from the balcony was amazing. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 for 2 reasons. First it says it is pet friendly but there is little to no areas to take your pet to potty. Second there is not enough parking. There is a parking lot across the street but I really wouldn't want to have to park there and cross the street every time I went somewhere. It was fine this time of year because so few people were there. But I don't think I would plan to stay there during peak season in the summer.

The only problem we had was the amenitie keys did not work on the door. Which was not a problem, everything else was fine and we hope to enjoy another vacation with you.

The condo was beautiful on the inside, and the location was perfect with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. The owners respond quickly and are very easy to work with.

Very good communication and will likely use to book trips in the future.

Where to begin with this place. First of all there was no covered parking for our unit as stated in the listing. We had to park out front in the blazing heat, we unpacked our SUV and headed inside to find out the elevator was down. Reached out to the rental company and was told they hoped it would be fixed that day. It was down our entire trip! My dad couldn't do the stairs so he had to leave after the first night. The floors inside the unit were filthy, the linens felt sandy, and the room had a bad smell at first but it either went away or we got used to it. The facility itself is really ran down and you can tell they don't clean/maintain it like they should. The pool was small and we never seen anyone there cleaning it. Don't waste your money on this dump. There's a ton of nicer places in the area for better prices.

Management was always a phone call away. If I had a complaint, it would be the cleanliness of the condo. It wasn't horrible but there was a layer of dust on the glass shelves in the master bath and when walking barefoot in the condo your feet turned black. Apparently they vaccumed but didn't mop. There was a musty smell when we first arrived due to A/C being on 76 but after lowering it and spraying feebreeze it went away. I understand the initial musty smell because it is dog friendly. So overall, I would return to this unit. The balcony view was great, overlooked the pool and the beach.

Loved the pet friendly atmosphere. Only thing missing was a ramp to get wagon down to the beach but everything was great. The condo was really clean and nice!

The condo was clean and updated, located on the 2nd floor. Carts were available to load and unload. The beds were comfortable and rooms spacious. Great outdoor pool and perfect beach view. The kitchen was a little light on cooking items and needs pot holders. Parking is limited near the building, but there is an overflow lot across the street. Overall, it was a great stay.
