- No parties allowed - violations may result in immediate termination of the stay. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors.

- Parking in the driveway for 2 cars max. They have one assigned parking spot and then the second vehicle can park in any unmarked parking area. They must have the parking passes provided.

- If you're interested in a long-term stay, please reach out to inquire about availability. (Sand Key properties only: Winter Texan Rate: November - March 1 at $1,400 monthly plus fees.)

- Smoking is not allowed.

- Self catering - all of our properties are self-catering. No maid or towel service is provided during your stay.

- There is always work going on in Port Aransas, so we cannot promise that you won't hear about or see building, construction, or community improvement projects and activities while you are there.

- Please keep in mind that since you are on an island, there may be a lot of mosquitoes and other pests at certain seasons of the year. Every month, a professional pest control agency treats our properties.



GUEST VERIFICATION:



To ensure a smooth and secure stay, we require the primary guest listed on the reservation to complete a simple screening process within 48 hours of booking confirmation. Please note that your reservation is not confirmed until these steps are completed.



Once verified, and prior to check-in, guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes:

- Agreeing to our rental terms and conditions.

- Providing a valid government-issued ID and a matching credit card before check-in.

- Paying a non-refundable $60 damage waiver. The damage waiver provides coverage for accidental damage during your stay, as long as it is reported prior to your check-out. This is collected either at the time of payment through the booking platform or afterward, depending on which platform you use to book.



The damage waiver covers accidental damage that may occur during your stay. To ensure coverage, all damage must be reported promptly while you’re still at the property. We understand there is normal wear and tear at houses but should anything accidentally break or get stained during your stay please just let us know. Thank you!

This property is managed by Sand Key Vacation Rentals. We are located at 221 W. Avenue A Suite 5 in Port Aransas.

We are open 9am-5pm Monday - Sat and 10am-3pm on Sunday. We also provide 24/7 guest support.
